Dr. Andrew Bracci joined Progressive Implantology & Periodontics to be a part of a practice that utilizes technology and innovation to create personalized options for the health of our patients and the joy of their smiles.
Dr. Andrew Bracci is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. He is a graduate of Notre Dame and Temple University School of Dentistry. A decorated veteran, he served as a dental officer at the Naval Hospital Great Lakes. Dr. Bracci is a member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, New York State Oral Surgery Society and Erie County Dental Society.
Dr. Stephen Phillips joined Progressive Implantology & Periodontics because this practice has the same goals he does, to continually strive to utilize technology and innovation to create personalized options for the health of our patients and the joy of their smiles.
Dr. Phillips is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a Doctorate in Dental Medicine. He conducted is his post-doctoral training in Advanced General Dentistry and earned his certificate of Periodontics at the Eastman Institute of Oral Health at the University of Rochester. Certified in the LANAP Protocol to treat gum disease, Dr. Phillips is also a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Periodontology, New York State Dental Association.

I have horrible dental anxiety but have now had two teeth pulled and two implants placed with them and it has been very low anxiety experience. I didn't even have to take my anxiety medicine for my last appointment. Dr Ambrosio and his assistants are great at putting me at ease. If you have dental anxiety I highly recommend these guys.

We loved going to this office in Geneseo! I highly recommend them! Everyone from the office staff to the dentists were so welcoming. I had an extraction done, they put so much care into it! Their prices are reasonable as well! My daughter had two procedures done and she was very happy with them, too! We had Dr. Ambrosia and Robyn. They're a great team especially if you have a little dental anxiety like me! They were a great help!

The first time it was great. No complaints today it was not good. I called and got an appointment with a doctor due that mybsister had pain. Now it was in Geneseo but they called me and they said they would have to switch me to 2pm to the Pittsford office instead as the Geneseo office was without internet. Now mind you I had to get out of work early due that I had to come to this app. The receptionist was great no complaints there. The complaint I have is if they knew this would happen just tell me 3pm then. But I asked the receptionist after I was there since 1:50pm and I saw like 4 people walk in and they would call them. She went and spoke with a lady that was a medical assistant, I would assume, and she started talking in the hall but I hear her say something about as they come. I did not like her rudeness due that she saw it was me why didn't she come and tell me herself like we were steps away. Then I mention to the receptionist not foe nothing but what is she speaking about being late if I've been here early before 2pm. Yeah if they have issues like this they should reschedule or just speak with the patient not let them wait like the patients time is not valuable. It's still 2:40pm and I'm sitting here like really. Not the best day today. Especially when they have called a bunch of people and I'm still sitting here with no explanation Ps I know things happen but at least tell the patients that they won't be seen until 1 hour or more after the scheduled appointment.

Dr. Goel's jokes and Dr. Ambrosio's singing are decent but Jesse and Jamie are the true unsung heroes. I assumed my temporary teeth would look like Chiclets but thanks to the J's I got the first compliment on my smile in thirty years. Never underestimate the importance of the true artists.

Everyone at Progressive Implantology is always so friendly. They make you feel more comfortable about your visit. They take the time to answer questions and really listen to you and any concerns. I am very happy with my visit everytime I go.

Unethical business practices. Had several implants put in. 1-1/2 year later I am at my actual dentist and one of the implants just falls out...right the at the dentist office. My dentist assures me that is not normal and not supposed to happen. So..mI visit progressive again and was assured it was not normal and that they would "do everything they could to help me out with the cost". I was still paying off the $36.000 they charged me for the procedure that had just failed. So a few weeks later we go back to progressive where they tell me they are going to charge me $13.000 more to fix issue. We couldn't believe they were actually saying this with a straight face. I even said "you guys lied to me". And the doctor even agreed and attempted to excuse the lie. We were lied to by these people. That IS unethical. Bottom line? If you need quality implant work done, go somewhere else.

My experience involving a tooth extraction for a future implant was without any major discomfort, swelling or bleeding. Dr Ambrosio and his team were very pleasant, thorough and professional. In addition, I also received a follow-up call to check on me. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Dentists and medical staff are very friendly and helpful. The office and billing staff not so much! Do not pay until you get your EOB from your insurance company. It takes months to get a refund for their billing errors.

4/20/22. Today I went I get two wisdom teeth extracted. I was very nervous and anxious. Dr.Bracci and his dental assistant Sidel were very gentle and did everything to reassure me everything would be ok. While they preformed the procedure they talked me through the whole thing. The procedure was very quick and painless. I wanted to give them both hugs after. They are an amazing team. I wish I could give them more stars, but I can't lol.

Progressive Implantology made a painful process painless for me when they extracted my back molar. They used ultra-modern equipment, explained every step of the process (including the ins and outs of the financing), and even let me pick what music I wanted to listen to during the procedure. They needn't have bothered about the music, because Dr. Ambrosio had that tooth out in under ten minutes. He and his assistant, Kory, were awesome. Can't recommend these guys enough.

its always nice to be welcomed at new places specially when it comes to some dentist office. i had a very good experience at PIP. the front desk girl Caylin was so nice and welcoming and guided me through the steps. Dr Bracci is an excellent oral surgeon who helped me with the wisdom tooth extractions. i highly recommend this place!

This place is the best n I hate dentists...dr bracci n his assistant Elainy(sorry I didn't kno how exactly to spell her name) r the best along with the receptionist robin. They r all so helpful I had the best experience there they made me feel comfortable n Elainy really took good care of me making sure I was comfortable every step!! They do an awesome job!!

I had a broken tooth which led me to this office. I had such an awesome experience from phone contact to the appointment. Dr Lee was so personable and not only discussed what was needed for broken tooth but also suggested repair on a missing tooth and major bone loss from that old extraction. They worked out different cost options and made it an affordable pleasant experience.
