Susan and Dr. Malik went above and beyond to make special accommodations for me. I cannot thank them enough. Both were kind, gentle and made me feel at ease. The Duluth location had an angled TV above the chair. I had a root canal performed efficiently and with minimal discomfort.

I was referred to Dr. Malik by my regular dentist because of the complexity of my dental issue. I found Dr. Malik to be highly skilled, competent and friendly. His entire staff showed these same qualities. I highly recommend this practice if you want the best specialized dental care in metro Atlanta.

I cannot recommend this practice at all!! My daughter had to have a root canal repaired. The Dr. charged us twice in 7 days for 3 -D Xrays. They next processed her procedure without filing with our Dental Insurance and charged my credit card for over $2,000.00!!! It has been weeks and they have not settled anything. Do not trust this practice!

I've done a few root canals before and I've never felt as great as doing it with Dr. Waheed. Usually when you say root canal the first thing you think about is pain and when you tell people root canal their faces are like oh sorry but with Dr. Waheed I literally felt no pain twice !!! He is very professional and his staff are amazing they work together as a great team to make it a great experience for each patient. And for those bad reviews I read about this place they sound like BS.

Worst place ever. Please be aware that this place make you pay upfront for any of your procedures. They claim that once the insurance company pay the claim, they will reimburse you back the money. Well, it has been over one month since my insurance company sent them the payment check and every time I call, the claim that the check has been sent to their corporate office, and that the corporate office will send me the check back to me within one week. They have been saying that for over a month. Very frustrating to get back your money! Unless you want to go through this awful experience, please find a different Endodontics

Although I dreaded getting a root canal, the experience was better than expected. Everyone was very professional and very friendly. I would recommend for anyone needing treatment.

My first time in root canal work was yesterday. Before I went to see Dr. Malik I had few discussion with coworkers about their experiences in their root canals. They told me it is the most painful dental work. I then went to get it done. The staffs and the nurses were highly professionals and helpful. Dr. Malik was a very charming, gentle. I have not felt any pain or discomfort. He is a wonderful doctor. I highly recommend him

Great experience during my visit last week! Dr. Malik and the staff were so professional. Don't know how Dr. Malik does it but I felt very very little discomfort even on the shot during my root canal. He is really good at his craft. I would highly recommend them; seriously!!

Scheduled an appointment for our daughter and wasn't able to make it due to the pandemic going on. Called back later once we were cleared and tried to reschedule just to be told that since we didn't make it to our appointment and are now blocked from making future appointments.

I can't say enough good things about this place. I came here after vetting a couple of other locations for a root canal. The procedure itself? Painless. No soreness during recovery, either. Your mileage may vary, but I got back to normal life immediately after the operation. I LOVE how they operate. Dr. Malik and the staff are all their authentic selves when speaking to you. Nothing is fake or off. Everyone is good humored and conversational. Jenny was sympathetic to difficulties I've had with other dentists and worked with me to develop a relevant treatment plan that only included what absolutely needed to be done. But there's more: I think Progressive Endo. cares about privacy, which not enough people appreciate. Another nearby endodontist had an online patient portal, and they wouldn't serve you unless you signed a terms of service that held you financially liable to situations that weren't even related to dental care. That endodondist said they would refuse to see me if I didn't sign that form and create a profile, and would not offer paper forms. Progressive just had a couple of simple, small paper forms that ONLY dealt with my care, and everything they used and don't need gets shredded. I know it's weird to say this on Google, but the idea of a business doing only what they need with my information and shredding it in the name of privacy feels so, SO good.

Appointment for root canal with Dr. Miller went smoothly. He put me at ease and explained everything as he went along including sounds I would hear, what it would feel like and what my expectations could be with healing. I really appreciated that. No pain at all during procedure. He is very easy going and very professional. I would highly recommend him. Young lady at front desk was friendly and very helpful in getting me in for an appointment. Highly recommend this practice.
