I was referred to Progressive Dentistry after my dentist of 5+ years retired. While they were by far not in close proximity of my residence or my job I thought I would give it a try. In my fourth (4th) visit I had a dental impression done which I learned from Brenda was distorted per the lab they utilize. The distortion was not an error on my part so I thought Progressive would be accommodating. Considering the distortion resulted in my needing to make an unplanned visit and I had already arrived to work late several times. They by far were not accommodating and I could not continue to take the 1 1/2 hour drive and arrive to work late two additional times. (was given 1 last time to arrive late for work) Progressive Dentistry expect their front line staff and their dental assistants to arrive to work timely so as to not affect productivity, my employer expects the same. A later appointment was never offered and the one morning I was off work was not considered in getting the 2nd impression done. Progressive Dentistry was truly disappointing and cost me in time, lost wages and not to mention gas! To not be accommodating after doing a poor job at taking the dental impression was all I needed to realize Progressive Dentistry was not for me and deserve a 0 star rating. The only positive was KIM, she was pleasant! I will use other avenues to make those who are considering Progressive Dentistry aware of this experience.

My Dental experience has varied throughout the years- mostly not very pleasant. I have had a completely different experience at Progressive Dentistry. I feel like I am given personal care that puts me at ease. The staff is all professional and very pleasant and friendly. Great place to have dental care done. This is my new happy place.

I have been going to Progressive for several years. The dentists and hygienists are all amazing. Everyone is extremely friendly. The office is in a great location with adequate parking. Appointments are typically available when you need them and from what I've see. They do a great job of seeing patients timely.
