I made an appointment the day prior to have a filling replaced. Waited for an hour and a half to see the dentist before I decided to walk out asking for my refund. I was told when I asked for a refund that I had an emergency appointment and that "wasn't a priority". First of all I wasn't told it was considered an emergency appointment I assumed they just had an opening I even said on the phone it caused me no pain and I wasn't worried. Second shouldn't an emergency be priority? Would give them zero stars if I could.

I wanted to take the time to do this review because I think they really deserve it. I was quite impressed with the great customer service of all the staff ,the hygienist was great , the doctor was very nice , the assistant as well . I felt that for the first time someone cared about my dental health and not money. I had been looking for a dentist for years, since I never found what I wanted in any of the dental places I have visited. They offered me exactly everything that I was looking for . Thank you for the great experience , this will definitely be my new Dental Home .

True professionals across the board, can't say enough about how well I was treated from just filling out papers in waiting room to getting my teeth examined and accessed by the Dentist. I left my old dentist office after 7 years when they told me I needed to re-do the fillings that they did 1 1/2 ago. They said I would need to pay out of pocket even though I have insurance. I then came to PROGRESSIVE Dentist and was told the truth. He told me my fillings were fine and gave me a fair quote on Invisalign. Can't believe how those other guys tried to rip me off. Thank goodness for the honestly and professionalism of PROGRESSIVE DENTAL.

I'm terrified of dentists but this staff was so understanding that I felt very at ease, the Doctor explained exactly what i needed in my particular case and she help me formed a plan. Laura front desk very professional I'm very happy so far.

Just had my cleaning done and they are fabulous! Ive been coming here for over 6 years and my hygienist has helped me maintain my hygiene great.

This place all they care about is MONEY. I went in for a regular cleaning and they wanted to up charge me for a deep cleaning. I requested I just wanted a regular cleaning and they denied the service and kept insisting they couldn't give me a regular cleaning because it was against the law and they could lose there license. Nonsense!!! Mind you I had been there for 2 hours and just left because these people are clowns. Don't waste your time going there.

I AM VERY AFRAID OF THE DENTIST AND THE STAFF AND DR WERE GREAT! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. I WENT SOMEWHERE BEFORE AND IT WAS NOT A CLEAN AS THIS PLACE. THIS PLACE WAS BEAUTIFUL, ATMOSPHERE GREAT. I HAD DENTAL WORK DONE AND CAN NOT COMPLAIN. MY CLEANING WAS A REGULAR PROPHY AND TREATMENT WAS PAIN FREE!

They about the money!! I went there for regular cleaning and they insisted that I needed a deep cleaning and had to pay out of pocket $550 I asked for only regular and they refused to do it. I left the office feeling like someone trying to take my money. I called my insurance and they told me I can go to another dentist. I went to another dentist I did not tell them my prior experience with Progressive and they said I only needed a regular cleaning no need for deep cleaning and that I was fine. Also they wanted to charge me over $500 for an extraction and the new dental said it cost me $31. I couldn't believe they were trying to rip me off. Imagine all the customers they do this to. I'm very happy with my new dentist very affordable.

Absolutely amazing office. The Doctor and the staff are very professional and courteous. Everyone is friendly and ready to help. My daughter is very satisfied with her orthodontic treatment!
