I had my cleaning with Janina and she did such a great and thorough job. She is very nice and keeps me entertained with her interesting stories. Dr. Rao and Juanita keep my teeth in good chomping condition. They always do a great job and take very good care of me. If looking for a dentist, I would highly recommend this office. Everyone from the front desk and throughout are friendly, helpful, caring and professional.

The staff is all very friendly, communicative, and efficient. Katie with a Y made check in and intake very easy and straight forward, and was very upbeat and happy. Staff broke down my options and explained everything in a way that I could understand. 10/10 would highly recommend.

I had pain for the past year from a previous crown. I had went to my previous provider several times. One visit and less than 10 minutes my pain was gone. I only wish I had tried this practice sooner. Dr Rao immediately knew what the issue was. Many thanks, and I have a new primary

I have been a patient since 2012, and have had multiple things done- extractions, fillings,crowns, regular cleaning, etc.The staff is very knowledgeable and nice! Dr.Rao and Janina make me feel welcome, answer any questions I might have, and provide excellent service! Highly recommend!

While the dentist and hygienist did their job well, the front desk/receptionists are receiving a poor review. At first, I wasn't sure if I'd be able to make my appointment, so the first receptionist I talked to said she'd keep it on and let me know if there would be other open slots. When I knew for sure I could be there, I called FOUR full days ahead to confirm. I arrived on time for the appointment, and the receptionist tells me the appointment was canceled. I was furious!! I made the confirmation days ahead, and she said that they're short staffed and they couldn't take me that day. I work two jobs, so it's very difficult to schedule appointments in my busy life. Unbelievably unacceptable! Also, Progressive dental has too many methods of confirmation (text, email, phone call) and I think that becomes confusing in their communication.

Been going since my old dentist retired... All the staff here is friendly and capable. Dr. Rao is also very good. Been here 3 times now, my wife once. Progressive is now my permanent dental office. UPDATE: 6/14/22 Just finished a One-Stop Family visit. They were able to squeeze in me, my wife, son and daughter on the same visit. Dr. Rao was very good, as are all her staff. Smiles all around. 5-stars

I had a wonderful experience at Progressive Dental. The staff was very knowledgeable and caring. Dr Rao put me at ease and I had the best cleaning with Janina! Kalee and her team in the front worked with my schedule and got me in fast. I highly recommend this dental office!!

The Entire staff is outstanding they you feel special as you walk thru the door...they are all great. at their jobs ... l would never even think of going to any other dentist office for any work anywhere in the state of Illinois, except Progressive Dental...

BEWARE!! I came here as a new patient and was told that I needed a root canal in my back molar. I was pretty shocked cause I didn't have any pain, and when she showed me the X-rays I didn't see the "shadows" that she was saying were present. The only "shadow" I saw was a tiny one on the side of my tooth that definitely was not going into the nerves. So I trusted my gut and went to get a second opinion. Thank God I did, because the second dentist I went to let me know this is in NO way a root canal, it is a simple small cavity. It's one thing to lie and almost scam me out of $1400. It's another to do a major dental work on someone and mess someone's tooth up, who you know doesn't need it! Completely immoral. If this dental practice tells you that you need a root canal, go get a second opinion!

Always friendly, enjoyable staff. Gentle and knowledgeable providers. No surprises at checkout. The practice runs seamlessly. Next office visit already set up before you leave so one less thing to plan and friendly reminders so in today's busy world you don't forget.

I had a broken front tooth and Progressive Dental was able to get me in the next day to start the process of installing a crown. Dr. Rao and Michelle (Dental Assistant) did a great job in helping me. Appreciated their prompt and caring efforts.
