A lot of people would like to brighten their smiles. Many who undertake to do something about it on their own are dissatisfied after seeing the results of the teeth whitening strips or whitening toothpaste. With consistent usage, some of the store products may help remove the surface stains created over the years by certain food and beverages that we have consumed, like coffee, tea, colas, highly-pigmented fruits, tobacco, red wine, and more. When young and our teeth are still developing, if we consume tetracycline or certain other antibiotics, or excessive fluoride, our teeth may become discolored. But with GLO or KoR teeth whitening, you can experience professional whitening and receive permanent, dazzling results.
The professional GLO and KoR whitening treatments penetrate your teeth to lighten discolorations caused by coffee, cigarettes, foods, medication, or aging. The difference in your smile will be immediately noticeable, and the results will be permanent.
GLO or Guided Light Optic technology can get you five shades lighter teeth in just five days. With GLO, you can get whiter teeth without the hassle of trays or impressions. The dentist will apply the GLO gel and then use the GLO mouthpiece to activate the gel during the process. Then, the combination of special LED light and heat will accelerate the hydrogen peroxide formula to whiten your teeth faster. It also prevents the whitening oxygen from clearing out from the teeth' surface.
KoR is another option for teeth whitening. They contain specialized refrigerated gels used with trays that can keep liquids like saliva out during the treatment. Without lasers or lights, you'll get brighter teeth that won't fade.
The teeth usually turn at least three to five shades whiter, sometimes more, and a five-minute fluoride treatment will complete the procedure. The whitening results will be excellent with a stunningly white smile. With proper care and an occasional home whitening remedy, your white smile will sparkle for years.
By following some simple post teeth whitening care instructions, the teeth will always be whiter than earlier. A person may need touch-ups using home bleaching trays every six months or as the doctor recommends. The whitening process can be repeated after a few months interval.
Research and clinical studies point out that whitening tooth under the guidance of a dentist is safe. Most dentists regard whitening as the safest cosmetic dental procedure. As with any tooth whitening product, GLO or KoRteeth whitening is not suggested for children less than thirteen years of age and pregnant or lactating women.
