I chose Progressive dental for my Invisalign journey. The process has been great.. the whole staff have been accommodating with schedule changes , very efficient and time conscious every time I visit. The process is working well, I can see that my smile has changed and I'm loving the outcome. Excellent staff and great service!

Professional, clean, organized, and transparent. All of the staff were professional in their interactions with me, additional clients, and each other. The office was clean and smelled nice. They are very organized and service ran smoothly from beginning to end. I never waited for a prolonged period of time and everyone was friendly. The initial consultation made my options very clear. They're very transparent regarding what services I need and the breakdown of the cost.

Overall, I like Progressive Dental. Very professional and efficient. I initially started with them after receiving an advertisement in the mail. At that time, I had been laid off from the University of Chicago so the special Progressive Dental was offering for x-rays and cleaning was really good, so I thought I'd give them a try. That was in 2016 and I've stayed with them since then. My only wish is that they provide more feedback aside from simply suggesting I floss more. I'd like to know if I should purchase a waterpik, if it looks like I might have larger pockets in my back gums, if my crown looks like it's a bit loose, etc. Aside from hoping they will provide additional feedback, everything is good.

Wonderful and friendly staff that will know you by face in a couple of visits. Very clean facility with great music to please any age. Dr. Durr has a very calming personality and his dental artistry is impeccable. Truly one of the best Dentist in the area.

I'm finally doing my own things and trying to navigate my way through the world the best way possible. With time comes responsibility and I know right now is the time. However, I must say the appointment I had with Progressive Dental And Associates Experience was pleasant, and I honestly did feel more understood here compared to other establishments. It was refreshing to have someone that could see me and understand my struggle but also reassure me that everything will be ok.

The third visit to this office was great. The individuals were professionals were prompt and effective. The office was clean with the technology for obtaining the assessment of my treatment was up to date the area clean and updated the environment inviting. The expert from the Dentist was great providing the need for treatment. Overall I had a great five star experience and most of all covid19 was managed in a CDC outcome thank you for honoring it. The cleaning was completed professionally and in an expert manner. So great to have a dental office and staff that strive for excellence. Thank you
