Dr. Susan Park grew up in a small town in Wisconsin, which she credits for her Midwest sensibilities. However, from a young age, Dr. Park knew there was a big world out there and she could not wait to discover all of it. This love of exploring led her to move to New England for college, California for dental school, Portland for her periodontic residency, and Florida for her orthodontic residency. The Pacific Northwest, however, kept calling her back and now Dr. Park proudly calls Oregon her home.
Dr. Park has been a dentist since 2002, a periodontist since 2005,and has been practicing orthodontics since 2009. A dual specialist,Dr. Park is a rarity among her peers and it gives her the knowledge and skill set to treat her patients in a very complete and comprehensive way. In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Park has been involved in research that has given her the honor of being invited to present at the International Association of Dental Research (IADR) Annual Meeting and the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO) Annual Session. In 2016, the AAO selected Dr. Park as an Emerging Leader in Orthodontics.
Dr. Park strongly believes it is very important to stay connected with the orthodontic and dental community,both on a local and national level. She is a member of a number of professional associations:

I'm super happy I found Progress Ridge Ortho and Dr. Park! From my first phone call all the way through my treatment, Dr. Park and her lovely staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, helpful, knowledgeable and fun! I also really appreciated Dr. Park's detailed, thorough, and honest evaluation of my teeth and her recommended treatment. I had a lot of questions and I was nervous but she was very calm, and she helped clearly explain that, because I was an adult case, my results wouldn't be the same if I had started treatment as a teen. She answered every question I had and did a brilliant job! Some of the other places I visited before finding PRO...I felt like they were just saying what I wanted to hear more or less. I would much rather have honesty up front and then the amazing results I got! And it was great getting to know everyone in the office! Highly recommend Progress Ridge and Dr. Park. Def go here if you need to get your teeth straightened!

Friendly. positive staff, a welcoming environment. Office is bright and open and prior to the pandemic offered visitors and clients refreshments, a rare find in any office at that time. Accounts are set up to help families afford their child's orthodontic needs, interest free with payments however you prefer them to be, whether auto payments or cash/card in the office. We were impressed and well cared for. We've had two of our four children with Dr Park and her team and we've been very pleased to have found the practice. Sherry

Progress Ridge Orthodontics took such good care of me during my treatment with them! The entire team is incredible and made me feel so cared for at each visit. Ryan in the front office is always sure to greet you and make you feel welcome at each visit and give you a laugh. Dr. Park's lovely assistants, Kylie and and Kristin, always made me feel comfortable in the chair during my adjustments and made sure I had zero pain. Dr. Park herself is the perfect combination of personal and professional that we all want in a doctor. She cares for her patients, is super efficient and really knows what she is doing. I couldn't be happier with my results at their office, nor the experience I had there. I can finally feel happy and confident smiling again. Thank you so much!!!

Today I had my first appt at Progress Ridge Orthodontics and I had the most wonderful experience in only the short time I was there. Starting with Ryan Debban, though he was at the front desk today for coverage, he wears multiple hats at the office and is knowledgeable on the dental matters. He was beyond accommodating, charming and hilarious! He made my experience at the office beyond enjoyable and made sure all of my questions were answered. Later, I met Dr. Susan Park who was very professional, and thoroughly explained the process of having braces. She made it very easy to understand, which I very much appreciated as I have never had braces before. There was another gal that helped me with the x-rays, who, not surprisingly at all, was very nice and made sure to let me know what to expected each time before using the intimidating machines. The office itself looks very well taken care of, neat, and clean. It's decorated for the summer, which gives a very inviting feeling. Pricing wise, they are very reasonable and have in-office financing, where they ask for a downpayment and offer with monthly payments to help with the costs. They even accommodated me arriving 10mins after my appt so I could still have the last appt of the day, and not have any time loss from my work. I would mot hesitate to recommend them to anyone and I cannot wait to continue working with them in the very near future. I'm beyond impressed!

I had a fantastic positive experience from the moment I entered the office to meeting each staff member. They made me feel right at home . Plus Dr Park knowledge in determining which braces would be best for me . I would highly recommend Progress Ridge orthodontics .

We are so grateful that we found Dr Park. She is currently treating my son. He was a little nervous to get braces but everyone has made the process so comfortable. Dr Park & her staff are very patience & helpful about explaining the process for us. We would recommend going to this orthodontist!
