The crippling fear of visiting a dentist is a collective human experience. Childhood trauma made it particularly difficult for me. Had I encountered Dr. Gabriela Frometa and Dr. Novi Frometa earlier in my life, perhaps I would've been able to overcome that fear sooner. The entire staff goes above and beyond to provide a welcoming, comfortable, and relaxing experience (as relaxing as it can possibly get at the dentist). From the front desk, to the dental assistants, to the doctors, everyone is exceptionally caring and helpful every visit. Sometimes, there is a human element that gets lost between patients and healthcare providers. I'm happy that it is very present at Professional Smiles. I recommend them to everyone looking for a place where they are understanding and genuine. I'm excited that I found a place where I can go with the certainty that I will be treated with respect, dignity, and care. It's truly reason enough to smile.

Everyone from the receptionist (who was so nice when she answered) to the hygienist, dentists, and assistants were SO kind and sweet. They were the quickest to see me and they even squeezed me in same day! My wife was really overwhelmed with all the fillings she had to get, and they comforted her, gave her a blanket, and really took care of her. Best dental experience I've ever had. They will have my vote to congress if they were to run that's how much I love these people.

This is a great office. They are prompt and extremely polite. My hygienist was very skilled and informative. The doctor explained everything and was very polite. I highly recommend this office.

It was my first time here. This place came highly recommended by my fiance. Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. They went over insurance coverage and out of pocket expenses in detail before doing any work and explained all procedures. Best dentist visit ever!

RUN!!!!!! They are running a shifty , shady business. Be very careful!!!! They run there business like there in prison. Depending who you get to administer novacaine, if it's not the doctor it's a TRAIN WRECK!!!!!!!

I really like this office. It's clean and modern and the staff is very friendly. My hygienist was very thorough but gentle and did great work. My teeth feel and look great. Dr. Novi Frometa did my exam and said I look good but is going to keep an eye on some things. To note, I just moved to the area and it's always a concern, and maybe a little nerve racking to find a new dentist and establish a relationship. No worries here. I will definitely be doing my dental care here.

I was looking for a dentist when I decided to go to Professional Smiles in Davenport. And I could not have made a better choice. From the moment you go inside, you are greeted by the very pleasant office staff; also, Michelle, their dental hygienist, did a professional job of cleaning my teeth. One of my teeth, lower inside front tooth, had chipped off from the inside. Initially, my former dentist, now retired, supposedly fixed it. It wasn't long before I went back to him because whatever he did, it did not work. So he redid it but that lasted about six weeks, the same as before. I am so glad I found Dr. Novi Frometa because he fixed my tooth to stay and it has been almost a year now. I would definitely recommend this dentist for all your dental needs. No doubt his beautiful wife is equally as capable.

Office is conveniently located near Posner Park off US-27. Every one here is very professional and friendly. Clara my hygienist is so sweet and has a very light hand. I have minor enamel erosion in several places in my mouth and can make dental cleanings painful, so I always gave to be injected. She had a gentle hand and made the not so fun process easy to get thru. She was informative and did a great job paying attention to small details. Dr. (The Misses) was sweet and kind and took the time to answer my questions and concerns. Lastly their front desk staff is very thorough and makes sure your billing is done right. Enjoyed my dental experience and highly recommend Professional Smiles to all families. They are all fully bilingual as well.

I love the ladies at this office, and a special thank you to Kristy for making this experience possible. This office is ran professional and everyone there is extremely pleasant. The waiting time was almost non existent and they made sure they explain my payments before any service was preformed so there weren't any surprises. I appreciate the kindness and the due diligence of everyone there. I would highly recommend Professional Smiles to anyone who is in search of not just a dentist but for an office that make you feel comfortable to place your trust in. Thank you again Professional Smiles for making this one of the most pleasant experience ever and not treating my husband and I as just mere patients but making us feel like family.

Recently relocated to the area and chipped a tooth but wasn't sure where to go. Checked out the reviews online and I can confirm they are 5 star. I absolutely loved the staff and both doctors were amazing to work with. They made me feel very comfortable and the repair was excellent. Thank you Novi, Gabby and your tremendous team!
