More than a month after making an appointment to have a root canal they call to confirm and inform me that when I show up I will be required to leave my credit card on file with them after already approved through my insurance. Never have I been asked this and if they told me upfront it could have saved time and this bad review. I've seen the office reply to other issues like mine so please save that same for your patients that foolishly gave you their cc info.

I recently needed two root canals and Dr. Janicek was highly recommended. I soon found out why. I'd had one root canal somewhere else before and was NOT looking forward to doing it again. I was SO pleasantly surprised with how Dr. Janicek and his staff handled every aspect of the visit. Highly recommend them :)

From the first phone call and consultation Dr. Janicek and his team are awesome. They explain everything that is going on with procedure and also got a post op phone call from Dr. Janicek. I would recommend anyone to see Dr. Janicek and his team.

I want to share my experience with Dr. Janicek and his staff. Everyone I met that day was both professional and kind, providing efficient, accurate and detailed service an information. I would absolutely recommend this office as a place for dental work. I am not someone who is afraid of the dentist, but if I were, this is the office I would go to. From start to finish (which included a follow up call from Dr. Janicek) this was an excellent experience. Thank you.

Dr Janicek made me to as comfortable as possible when having a root canal and I had very little pain afterwards.....just soreness for three days.

I recently needed a root canal and found Dr. Janicek and the staff very friendly, calming and informative. Each step of the procedure was explained thoroughly before starting. I was totally amazed that the following day I had no pain. I would wholeheartedly recommend this office for your dental needs.

Dr. Janicek was highly professional and did a great job on my root canal. His staff got me in 3 weeks early because I was having discomfort. The procedure was painless and surprisingly quick. He has a friendly and capable office staff.

i was very satisfied with the professionalism of Dr. Janicek and his staff. All my questions were answered and I had no pain while the root canal was being done. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is in need of a root canal. I was totally amazed that Dr. Janicek personally phoned me one week after my procedure to ask how everything was. Above and beyond any dental experience I have ever had!

Dr. Janicek and his entire team were wonderful! I had a dental abscess that required root canal just before the holidays! They worked hard to get me in ASAP despite how busy their schedules were. By far the easiest and least painful root canal I have had ( I've had several :( ) . I needed nothing more than Ibuprofen x 1 for pain. I'm a Physician Assistant and very impressed with the entire experience. Would give them my highest recommendation. Thank you!

I was in extreme pain for 10 days during a crown procedure with my primary dentist. He finally referred me to Dr. Janicek. He and his staff were so kind and professional. They did my root canal, explaining each step during the process and I left the office and continue to be pain free. Thank you so much!
