Dr. Vladimir Tismensky was born in Latvia, near the Baltic Sea. He moved to the Detroit area in 1991 to pursue his graduate studies. Subsequent to graduation from the University of Detroit Mercy Dental School, Dr. Tismensky entered the Endodontics Residency Program at the I.B. Bender Division of Endodontics, Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, P.A. He was elected to Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the National Dental Honor Society, in 1999.
Dr. Tismensky has been in private practice as an Endodontist since 2001. He has taught Endodontic surgical techniques to endodontic residents as a part time faculty at Detroit Mercy Dental School until moving to Chicago in 2007. Dr. Tismensky is active in numerous dental and endodontic organizations. His special expertise includes complex non-surgical re-treatments and microscopic Endodontic surgery.
Dr.Vladimir Tismensky speaks fluent English, Russian, and Latvian. In his free time he enjoys music, photography, theater, downhill skiing, tennis and weightlifting. He resides in Chicago with his wife and three children.

Professional and efficient. Dr. Tismensky was very informative as to what to expect before and during the procedure. It was a relatively quick and painless process. I would definitely recommend Professional Endodontics of Illinois to anyone in need of their services.

Dr Roman is amazing. I had some severe issues with pain. I had gone my practitioner dentist for him to take a look at it. Next thing I was told I needed a emergency root canal. At that point my anxiety was through the roof. Dr Roman got me in right away. I was so grateful. She eased my fear and found the issue with in seconds. I highly recommend her to anyone that has anxiety like I do. Her staff is also amazing as well. Needless to say my headaches, neck and shoulder pain are all gone. I had no idea it was from a bad tooth. Thank you Dr Roman and staff. You all are the best.

Dr. Roman was an absolute joy during a procedure that would be considered anything but. She was kind, patient, gentle, informative, and she completely eased me of my anxieties during my root canal procedure. I would also like to recognize her team of dental assistants. My husband had a root canal done in this office,the team was very professional. We were invited in right after my husband finished his paperwork. It was fast and painless. Highly recommend!!!

Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Tismensky and his team. They were able to accommodate my schedule with no delays; the fairly complex procedure was very quick and painless and the doctor remained communicative throughout the whole process. I'm now a patient for life, and give my highest recommendation to the doctor and the office based on my personal experience.

"It would be easier if you didn't have insurance" That's absolutely disgusting. Even if the dentist was correct and he most likely was this was not the correct thing to say. Please always get second opinions people.

Dr. Miller was so very wonderful in the work that he did! I was in severe pain from a cracked tooth and could not even go into work. This office got me an appointment the very same day and Dr. Miller assessed and did a pain free root canal. He helped explain next steps and I feel so much better!

Office staff was so nice! Dr. Miller did my son's root canal he was very patient with my son and explained everything. Wish I could give more than 5 stars, this office really deserves more.

I wish I were able to give more than 5 stars !! What an amazing group! Dr. Tismensky is not only professional but made me feel at home. He talked me through every step of the way! Thankful for Martha who had so much compassion and answered all of my questions. These two went above and beyond. If I'm ever in need of another root canal, I'll definitely use then again. I would HIGHLY recommend them!!

I visited this office after reading other people review and i felt like if i don't have insurance, i will get dental services from only global dental associates. It is very nice office and wonderful staff. The doctor Anna is awsome. I never imagine that any dentist have good nature. I always had very bad experiance with dentist and i was always affraid to go to dentist, but after visiting global dental, i felt like that i always want to go to this denstist for rest of my life. Very Very nice services, doctor is awsome and staff is wonderful. If you are affraid of dental work, than please visit this office and all your fear will go away.

Fantastic service! I love the office and the rooms. You always get a smile from everyone and never a complaint. The work I get with every visit is super smooth and I don't feel a thing, but most importantly, you can trust them.
