Dr. Janicek and his staff were wonderful! From the time I walked into the beautiful lobby of the office up to receiving a phone call from the dentist himself several days after the procedure, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. It is clear that Professional Endodontics is truly patient-centered, and a top-notch practice.

This review pertains to a multi visit procedure at both the Waterford and Westerly sites. In every instance the reception, service, and follow up were top drawer. I couldn't be more pleased with every aspect of the process. I will not hesitate to recommend Dr. Janicek and his staff if the opportunity ever arises. Mike Pernal

I had another great experience. Again Dr. Janecek and his staff were so kind and professional. I had a little swelling two days after the procedure. I left a message as it was a Saturday and Dr. Janecek called me right back!

Wonderful experience. Dr removed a silver post from a root canal done over 40 years ago. Absolutely no pain or discomfort post surgery.

My dentist referred me to Milos R. Janicek for a root canal and Apicoectomy surgery to repair an old tooth. I'm 93 years, on a walker, and deathly afraid of painful dental work. When I arrived for the procedure I was led into an operatory and helped into the chair. When Milos arrived he leaned the chair back at such an extreme angle that I was uncomfortable and in severe discomfort, as I have had numerous spine surgeries. Due to the painful position that I was placed into, I politely asked Janick if he could give me a pillow to provide additional support behind my head. Every dentist that I have ever been to has pillows and other items to try and make their patients as comfortable as possible. His reply to my request was that he doesn't provide pillows for support. I then asked if he could roll a few towels to provide additional support for my neck. His reply was, and I quote, "No, we don't provide towels either, you don't have to be here if you don't want the procedure, and there's the door if you don't want to continue with the procedure". I've been sitting on this for a few months and found someone to help me create a Gmail address just so that I could leave this review. Milos Janicek's total disregard for the comfort and well-being of an elderly patient is disgusting. He was rude, uncaring and my personal opinion is that he has no empathy for his patients, particularly the elderly, and that his sole reason for being in this profession, based on his uncaring attitude, is for financial reward. For decades, the word "Root Canal" has evoked fear in most of us. Now we all know why!

I was referred to the office for treatment and was a bit anxious. From the minute I walked in the beautiful office setting, I was greeted and began to be at ease. The details of the root canal were thoroughly explained before and during the procedure. It also took less time than I anticipated. Thank you Dr Janicek and staff!!!

I am a veryyy anxious patient and the experience for my 1st root canal was extremely fast and professional. I was expecting to have some discomfort the following day and had none. I would absolutely recommend this office and Dr Janicek to anyone needing a root canal. He explained everything to me beforehand which I really appreciated.

I've had quite a few root canals and I've never had an experience like this. The stuff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Dr.Janicek was the same and really funny. He talked me through the whole process to make sure I was aware of what was going on.They all made me feel extremely comfortable. Hopefully I won't need anymore root canals lol but if I do, I will definitely be coming back here!

The front desk staff is fantastic, but Milos is an Endodontist with an attitude and zero compassion for the elderly! I'm 92 and couldn't get comfortable. His response was, I'm not a salesman, this is your choice you can leave. So I did. What a terrible bedside manner.

Excellent experience after a bad experience years ago at another Dr. Numbed well, felt nothing during root canal. Checked often to make sure I was comfortable. Had siginificant pain before root canal, none after except the usual healing.

My daughter needed a root canal. :( She is 16...numerous other drs.... rude as can be.... when I was LUCKY ENOUGH to find PRO ENDO!!!! OMG! 1. The brand new facility is beautiful! 2. Dr. Janicek???? NO WORDS CAN DESCRIBE THIS MAN!!!! NO WORDS! When you have an opinionated daughter...that express that she really liked the dr and his practice? This is where I am going for all her dental needs! We were so so lucky to find them! I may be a little scattered with this review, but it is the excitement! NEVER thought my daughter would be excited to see and have a root canal!!!! THANK YOU DR. JANICEK!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!

Dr. Janicek and his amazing team welcomed me into their practice in my time of need and preformed an emergency root canal. I felt completely comfortable as soon as i walked in the door to the new facility and I recognized that I was in good hands. This office is first rate in all ways and Dr. Janicek has surrounded himself with a talented staff!

In need of an emergency rootcanal, Dr. Janicek and team stepped up and made it work. I was immediately feeling better, and everything has been great since the treatment. I recommend Pro-Endo to anyone in need of any treatment related to the nerve in teeth.

Absolute BEST experience for a root canal ever!!! Pain free, very slight discomfort while having numbing medicine injected. Professional, timely, great staff, and soothing office. Totally impressed!
