Everyone is the office is very polite and professional. Calista is the kindest dental hygienist I've ever met. I love how she explained every part of the process to me. She helped to educate me on dental health and cleaning. She was happy to answer any questions and chat with me the whole time. Also shout-out to Kirsten who was great at keeping me up to date on my insurance claim and anything billing related. She would call and update me regularly as she was working on things. I truly appreciate you guys!

I was referred here by a coworker who said "my family & I have been going here since I was a kid and because they are the best". I called to make an appointment on a friday & I was able to get in on the following tuesday. The lady over the phone was very nice & very helpful! When I arrived at the West Valley office I let the staff know that I recently moved to Utah and haven't switched over my dental insurance yet. They were quick to help me find the information I needed to make a claim. Once I was seen by the doctor he helped me to understand what was going on with my tooth & took the time to explain what's going. After seeing the doctor, the staff helped me figure out my options for my tooth. I didn't get her name but she helped me figure out how to change my insurance. I asked how much I owe for this appointment and she said nothing because the first consultation & x-ray were free. Sooooo awesome! This was such an amazing experience!

The front desk staff was very accommodating. Very clean and well kept. Dr. Larsen is very friendly and willing to answer any questions. Dr. Larsen did a phenomenal job. His assistant Rose is the sweetest and kind person. She treats you like a person more than just a patient. She is totally awesome. My experience with Professional Dental will definitely bring me back and I recommend them big time. This is a follow up from my previous appointment. I really have to hand it to this business. They are very competent, kind, personal and helps without even asking. I expect nothing short of the best care from a dental team. It's great to leave a place feeling GREAT and a million bucks. Dr. Larsen and his staff are amazing! They were able to see me quickly when I was in agonizing pain. Dr. Larsen clearly explained the treatment I needed and the next steps. His staff answered my many (many!) questions. They emailed my treatment plan so I could see which procedures needed to be prioritized, what each procedure entailed, and my costs. Thank you so much for making a difficult process easier.

Since check-in it was very unprofessional! I had to wait 30 min after my appointment time and then was skipped for my sons appointment at 2:30 and there reason was I was filling out paperwork so they went around me. When taking teeth X-rays no vest was put on me or my son. When seeing my son they finally told me they aren't pediatric dentists after the dentist looked at him and said we have to go somewhere else to get his teeth fixed. The cleaning is basically if you're brushing and flossing your own teeth and the dentist takes a really long time to see you.
