My wife and I have been using this practice for 12-13 yrs and spent THOUSANDS of DOLLARS here Never really had too many issues until recently. The newly hired front desk staff with the NJ or Brooklyn accent is CONSISTENTLY RUDE. Now to MAKE MATTERS WORSE this facility will no longer accept my dental insurance (I am commonwealth of pa employee) Over 80,000, yes 80,000 employees have this coverage across the entire state of Pa And it's not good enough in Walnutport Pa ? Thanks a lot professional dental

Just had my cleaning done and as always I'm very comfortable going here. Dr. Wyke is a great dentist! He's very caring and easy to talk to. Every hygienist I've had are very pleasant and do a great job with my cleaning and they're always gentle enough that I'm not in pain afterwards but very thorough! They do great with my youngest son as well. His first ever dentist appointment was here and they did absolutely wonderful with him. Thank you!

This place is the absolute worst I've been calling it for now over an hour and a 1/2 I know that at least 5 people working up at that front desk nobody can answer a phone I have been waiting to get dental work done for Over 4 months now they were supposed to send theWork that I needed done to my insurance company As well as to my doctor so that I can have the procedure done because I have a heart condition. Now it's 4 months later I can't get anybody to answer the phone I can't get any answers from anybody nobody has ever reached out to me to tell me whether or not I was approved for the procedure and now I'm losing my tooth because it's gotten worse and it's the anchor for my partial the this place is garbage I plan on suing

Every single staff member is very kind, courteous, pleasant and patient. They've been incredible with all my children! It's so nice and refreshing to experience so many smiley happy positive people in healthcare!

Very organized. Very safety oriented. Very professional but also very friendly. The only reason I did not give this rating a five star review, the dentist that I prefer is no longer working at this location.

I had a tooth that was swollen, and wiggling, and painful. They got me in the office the next day. They even stayed open, despite a snow storm. They have very strict COVID procedures in place to protect their customers and employees. Dr. Wyke immediately identified the problem as a fractured root. He pulled the tooth, and was able to perform an implant procedure right away. I have been going to Professional Dental for 17 years, and have always trusted Dr. Wyke's knowledge and expertise. He is so caring, understanding, and professional. His staff is top notch and I am so glad they are there to service our community.

Dr Wyke and assistant did their best to calm my nerves through a tooth extraction. I survived. Answered all questions and concerns. Office staff followed up the next day. Very kind dental staff.

Jillian Kester is gentle! This is extremely rare since dentistry requires a certain amount of discomfort. Dr Kester has found a way to add a kind of gentleness making the experience much less uncomfortable. She also is very thorough. Nora Tappan was my hygienist today. I was extremely pleased with her work! I have been having my teeth cleaned by a periodontist for many years because my gums need it. My periodontist retired so I thought I would try getting my teeth cleaned at my dentist office. My teeth and gums feel just as clean as they did when I went to the periodontist! She was very thorough and I don't feel the need to go anywhere else. I like my team very much!

I see Dr. Weik and I have no problem waiting to see him if it's a week or 2 before I can get an appointment at the time available for me. He is very caring he listens and he is very personable. He also takes care of all 3 of my kids! He is just an all around great dentist! I've been afraid of dentists my whole life until finding him. The office is spotless and very efficient. Staff is always very helpful and friendly. Their COVID safety processes are spot on too!
