Oh friends. Don't do it. The staff was ok, the doc was great. The tech took multiple attempts and redirection by at least 2 other staff members to get the correct x-rays. Their communication with each other is lacking horribly. This resulted in false statements about when appointments could be made, and work done. After moving appointments to meet their needs (doc needed out early) clearly stating when I had to leave to pick kids up from school. After waiting 45 min to be seen, I left well after when I needed to. Everyone I told about the time restraint acted as if it was new information. There was an urgent unplanned visit that impacted the timing, yet no communication was given to the change in timing. When trying to schedule follow up work out came to light they are only open 2 days a week. Frustrating info since I specifically asked hours before the first appointment. I was then directed to make an appointment with the OREM location. When I expressed my frustration (no swearing or raising of voice, but definately frustrated!) and what had ordinarily been told to me I was hung up on. I feel for the gal, chances are she's fed up with dealing with fed up people! This is but a snap shot of a handful of moments that made this a sadly pathetic and frustrating experience. If you have a crazy flexible schedule to be seen before 4 on Wed or Thurs this may work for you, as for me I'll be looking elsewhere.

Professional dental is very professional and awesome staff! They take great care of you. I came in to see the doctor and he was great . Front office was super nice and love my experience over all . I would recommend PD to everyone !! Doctor Nelson was very kind to me and helped me with my tooth pain . I have never been to the dentist before and this was by far the best experience ever .

The office staff, hygienist, and Dr. Larson are always friendly, courteous, and professional in rendering their dental service to me. They're genuinely interested in me as a person and in things I'm doing in my life. It is a wonderful place to go for my dental health.

Stay away from them!!! They will LIE to you, SCAM AND HORRIBLE SERVICES. When I took my mother there, she did not have the insurance, I agreed to buy the office plan if I can cancel it after she got the dental insurance. The receptionist agreed with me, that was Aug 2021. My mom traveled to my home country at Nov 2021 and I called them to cancel the plan. They agreed! My mother came back to state and I got her a Delta Insurance then I took her to the office to do a general cleaning. The receptionist forced me to pay $150 (8 months) to cancel the previous plan or they put it on collection. I'm so frustrated and still pay for that. They told me that cleaning will be free!!! I have to wait 1hr for before my mom get the service!!! And they send a bill to Delta $154 for the cleaning!!! This is a SCAM!!! HORRIBLE SERVICES!!!!!

Everyone was so nice and I felt super comfortable there. After having a poor experience at the last place I went to I was worried, but this place is amazing. The dentist explained things well and formed a plan with me for better jaw health. Glad to be going back in 6 months!

The staff at Professional Dental in Herriman were a joy to work with! Kind, caring and friendly! Lauren, Tara and Joanne. I saw Dr Greg Larson, he is so great! He first did an examination, explained the work I needed to have done. I only needed one filling instead of 9. He only performs the work he deems necessary! Great place to go if you're looking for a new dentist.

The Herriman is staffed by great Doctors and staff! They do a very professional and friendly cares! I really appreciate how all of my options are explained. Dr.Larsen is amazing and I am great full he comes to the Herriman Professional Dental offices!
