Broke a tooth late on Thursday and they got me in the next morning. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. I have a lot of dental issues and unlike most dentists, I did not feel shamed while in the chair. They have the newest imaging technologies, which was cool. Dr. Duncan treated me and he was very thorough and communicative. They are VERY transparent with pricing and I had to sign an itemized list of my treatments that told me what insurance would cover and what I would pay, before beginning the dental work. The clinic is clean and reflects it's name- professional!

GO TO UTAH SMILE CLINIC! Absolutely appalled and disgusted with the practices of the orthodontist portion of this clinic. I've been going to Professional Dental for years and decided it was time to get some implants to replace some missing teeth. I was truly surprised at the amount they charged me, but they assured me that it was the going rate. After that they told me that with my insurance and a discount that each crown on the implants would be $1400 each! I knew there was no way I could afford that and had remembered a friend had suggested Utah Smile Clinic saying that I was definitely being overcharged. For the exact same crown they are only going to charge me $750 without insurance. Not only did I find out that the orthodontist was trying to charge me near double for the crowns, but one of the implants that I had also been overcharged for has caused a pretty severe sinus infection. My new orthodontist also let me know that I hadn't even required a bone graft on that tooth that the orthodontists said I absolutely needed. $2000 that I didn't need to pay that the insurance didn't even cover at all. Because of the infection the implant might have to be removed. I had planned to get a few more implants done on the other side of my mouth, and the orthodontist at Professional dental said I would 100% need a bone graft on the entire side and that I would need all 3 implants done. This new ortho said I might need a bone graft done, that I would need a sinus bump, and that I would only need 2 implants and a bridge done. It's clear that the professional dental orthodontist is a swindler. I am so upset that I paid for so much that was not needed and now have an infection. Please go literally anywhere else. The only acceptable apology is the correction of these horrendous expenses, which won't happen. Every other type of apology is highly superficial and not sincere.

The Professional Dental Draper office is the best dentist I have been to. I have dental anxiety and the staff is always so understanding and help to make me feel comfortable. Everyone in the office has a great sense of humor and are a joy to be around. Plus they do an amazing job!

I've grown up with major dental anxiety and I have always been very apprehensive about coming in for my appointments. But the Professional Dental staff is so good at making you feel comfortable and at ease. They know their stuff and are willing to answer any of your questions. I've been so happy with my experience, and I now work for the company. It may seem biased but if you're looking for somewhere to go to get great quality work and actually enjoy your dental experience this is the place for you! :)

I love getting my teeth cleaned. Lori Householder is amazing. She is my hygienist forever! She is super nice and makes me feel like I don't want to eat to keep my teeth feeling clean longer. Wish I could get my teeth cleaned more. I'm sick like that. Lol

This place was horrible! I went in and the tech dropped the tools on the floor.. the dentist was late. When he worked on a cavity he ended up cutting my lip and left my teeth super sensitive which were fine before he worked on it. He then told me that I would need a crown which I ended up getting two opinions and the other two dentist said I did not need any crowns. Would not recommend this place at all.
