As a general dentist, I have the opportunity to practice all aspects of oral healthcare, from preventive care to implants, orthodontics, and everything in between. Helping my patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles and teaching them how to keep those smiles looking great for years to come is my goal. Seeing patients smile more and more after each visit is a great reward, but hearing them say, I lost my fear of the dentist, thanks to you is even better.
My patients come to me from a variety of different backgrounds. They are from different countries and speak with different accents, and that includes myself. What ties us together is our desire to have outstanding smiles and health.
I graduated from dental school in Minsk, Belarus in 1992. After that I worked for a year as an oral surgeon in a regional health center. In December 1993, my family came to America. I passed the dental board and got accepted into the School of Oral Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, from which I graduated in 1998 with my Doctorate of Dental Medicine. We moved to the Seattle area the same year, and I have been enjoying dentistry ever since.
In our fast-paced world, it is important to me to be current in my profession, to know about advances in treating and preventing oral disease, and to provide the most up-to-date care. Continuing education is the way to do that. I am interested in all aspects of dentistry and have also completed a two-year orthodontic program for general dentists. I regularly participate in courses on the topics of implants, endodontics, pain and anxiety control, and restorative dentistry.
My wife Mary and I have been married since 1989. We met while pursuing medical studies in Minsk. She graduated from Bastyr University in 2011 with a degree of naturopathic doctor. We have one son, Eugene; two daughters, Paula and Valerie; and four cats, Chelsea, Nikki, Bucky, and Max. Besides dentistry and my family, cooking, gardening, baking, fishing, and hiking are the other passions of my life.

My goal as a dental hygienist is to make our patients visits as comfortable as possible while leaving their teeth clean and healthy. I enjoy educating our patients about good home care, and appreciate the trust they put in me with their smiles. Dr. Val and the rest of our team provide high-quality dental care in a friendly, supportive atmosphere. When Im not in the office, I enjoy reading and spending time outdoors, especially in my garden.
I work alongside Dr. Val to provide assistance during patient procedures and make sure they are as comfortable as possible during their visit with us. My favorite part of my job is assisting with orthodontics, because we get to see such wonderful smile transformations. Dr. Val is the best dentist Ive ever met, and I feel very fortunate to work with him and the rest of our team. I am really enjoying my life with my wonderful husband, Paul. Our adorable baby girl, Jenelle, is less than a year old. We love spending time together as well as with our friends and family.
I assist Dr. Val with all patient procedures, greet our patients when they come into the office, and make sure that their visit with us is as comfortable as possible. I thoroughly enjoy all aspects of my job. It is especially rewarding to see so many beautiful smiles as a result of our work. Dr. Val is very professional and knowledgeable about what he does. He does not hesitate to share his sense of humor and promote a sense of teamwork and equality, which greatly contributes to our overall warm atmosphere. I am happily married to an amazing man, Vladimir, and have been blessed with two incredible boys. As a family we enjoy traveling, spending time with our big family over meals, and are very dedicated to our church.
Welcome to our office! I began my dental career as a dental assistant in 1998. I worked with Dr. Beliy since 2000, first as his assistant and currently as the office manager. I do remain registered as a dental assistant and continue to keep my skills polished by helping out in the clinic when needed. I review patients treatment needs and expedite insurance benefits to assist patients in achieving their optimal oral health. My goal is to make patient experiences exceed expectations. Outside the office I love to spend quality time with my husband and our two adorable children.
As the financial coordinator, Im in charge of financial arrangements and dealing with dental insurance. My goal is to enable the office to run as smoothly as possible. The attention to detail and care that our doctor gives to our patients is superior, and his genuine nature makes this office stand out. Patients can sense the friendly atmosphere of our office and the excellent customer service in every aspect of our business. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband and our four beautiful kids. I also love shopping, baking, and reading a good book. I look forward to working with you and your family!

I've been going to Dr Vals office for over 15 years now and every experience has been amazing. From checking In at the front desk to getting all of my cleanings and procedures with Dr Val and his wonderful staff. Every one of the staff members that I've encountered are always so friendly and welcoming. 10/10 recommend ProDental Family Dentistry!!

Dr. Beliy was very unprofessional and makes my daughter feel scary. He is not only put her fillings that fell away in couple weeks but make moral trauma. Very bad experience with Dr. Beliy

Got my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Miloslavskiy and it went perfect! By a couple of days I had no swelling and didn't have pain whatsoever for my two top teeth because of his procedure of rich plasma. Highly recommend spending a little more for wayy better results and instant healing. Wonderful office and very gentle work done!

I would like to recommened Pro dental Clinic here in Lynwood. Because I have gotten cleaning and filings done here, as well as braces and more. Very highly recommened Dr.Ilya for his implants. Dr. Beliy and his entire team are amazing. He has been my trusted dentist for 20 years. I moved and still go to him despite a 1.5 he commute to his office. He performs what services are needed. Truly a family dentistry as you are treated and feel like a family member.
