Dr. Shapiro attended Rutgers University in New Jersey, and attained his Bachelors degree. He received his Doctorate of Dentistry from Temple University Kornberg School in Philadelphia. After graduating, he completed a Periodontology residency at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine.
He specializes in periodontics with an emphasis on treating gum disease. Dr. Shapiro performs oral surgery services such as dental implants in the Coral Springs area. He was previously President of the Broward County Dental Association and is its acting treasurer.
Shapiro is a former delegate of the House of Delegates to the Florida Dental Association, which is the governing body for the Florida Dental Association. He is also a former member of the Atlantic Coast Executive Counsel while being an adjunct professor at Nova Southeastern Dental School in Davie.
Dr. Nancy Proano Wise DMD, was born in Miami, Florida and attended Florida International University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude, earning a Bachelors of Science in Special Education. Following graduation, she decided to continue her education at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine, where she earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society. After graduating from dental school, Dr. Proano Wise practiced general dentistry for 5 years before continuing on to become an orthodontic specialist. Dr. Proano Wise went on to complete her orthodontic residency at Seton Hill University. She completed a one-year orthodontic internship followed by a two-and-a-half-year orthodontic residency program at Seton Hill University in Greensburg, Pennsylvania where she earned a Certificate in Orthodontics and a Masters degree in Science and Orthodontics.
Dr. Andrew Demos earned his bachelors degree in Biology and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh. Following college, Dr. Demos attended dental school at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. It was during this time period that he realized his passion and love for the specialty of Orthodontics. While in school, he received several honors, including the Clinical Excellence Award in Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry and Divisional Excellence Award in Behavioral Science and Oral Biology. After dental school, Dr. Demos completed his orthodontic residency at Jacksonville University School of Orthodontics.
Dr. Demos prides himself at being highly skilled in all areas of Orthodontics, and his fondness for his chosen profession is matched only by the quality of his work. In addition to Orthodontics, Dr. Demos is well known for the care and compassion he shows towards his patients.
After practicing orthodontics in New York City, Dr. Demos decided to relocate to our sunny South Florida with his wife, Eleni, and their two beautiful children, Alexander and Ariyana. When not practicing Orthodontics, Dr. Demos enjoys jogging, doing outdoor activities, and going to the beach with his family.
Carol is an experienced dental professional with over 30 years in the industry. She has been Dr. Shapiros surgical assistant for 25 years. She is proud to have played a role regarding bovine bone and her travels to Canada under the Branemark implant study group. She enjoys working with such a wonderful staff and learning new techniques every day. Carol is married and has one son.
Originally from New York, Janice has worked in the Dental Industry for over 30 years. She is friendly and outgoing and happy to be a member of our team. She enjoys helping and interacting with ourpatients. When she's not at work, she spends time with her husband and her daughter and grand-daughters. She also has a son and daughter-in-law in Portland Oregon and loves to visit them as often as possible.

Updated 05/13/2020 Disclaimer: This is for Dr Anatoly Ripa DDS and not "Prodent Group" he no longer works with them and I had gone to see when work he had done failed. I had written some things in here that I thought about today driving back from medical office in Miami. Everyone in life goes through times that are tough. I had a follow up with my old dentist today. I will only say that as we (humans) grow older we start to realize things. Life is life and everyone performs their career/speciality to the best of their ability. I am positive I do. I understand nothing lasts for ever, humans arent immortal and neither are their bodies. I had a decent talk with the dentist today and a temporary emergency visit. A lot to think about. But I feel good because I hadnt forgiven someone that I felt wronged by for over 12 or 13 years and letting that go felt great for my soul. I have some decisions to make, but either way I make them, at least I walked away feeling no animosity. I think money and health cannot be measured very easily, which makes dentistry a very difficult career. But as well, patients paying a lot of money want to get the most for that money. So there is always two sides to a coin.

Wonderful experience everytime I go to this office the staff "my girls" are great I do not like going to the dentist but when I go to Prodent I feel comfortable and secure all the Drs are very professional and put you at ease special mention to Dr Q who is doing my implants, he makes me laugh whenever I go there. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs quality service

This office is under new ownership and everything literally changed. The new staff is wonderful. The doctor Dr Q" is such a caring guy we sat and talked about all my dental concerns he listened, gave his advise and gave me options on what to do. I wasn't pressured to do anything I didn't want. The office manager is a sweetheart she worked with me and my financial situation and they found a way to help me I didn't feel like it was about the money at all I'm so glad I gave this place after reading previous reviews about a different dentist that use to own the place.. thank you Dr Q and staff for a wonderful experience

Dr.quesada is the best surgeon he placed 6 implants on me and I didn't feel a thing. The staff is so professional and sweet they make you feel so comfortable. Pricing is very affordable. Compared to other places!! If your looking for a amazing dentist I suggest you visit Dr Quesada at Prodent group I promise you won't be disappointed.

Excellent service, courteous friendly and caring staff, they are patient, takes time to explain procedures and to answer questions. Dr Quesada is the best! Very gentle and soft spoken, he puts the patient's needs, safety and comfort first. He listens, assesses, then gives his recommendation. I have no complaints and highly recommend Prodent Group.

I went for my check up today. Unfortunately my teeth needed more cleaning that I thought I wasn't taking care of them. But the hygienist was. great !!she really cleaned them well. She also wants me to take better care of my teeth and showed me how with a script I will use from now on twice a day. it's obvious They really care about their patients!!! .

Dr.Ripa is the best! Every where I go, Dentists tell me that my implants were done exceptionally well. I spent $9,000 on them so I would think so. I felt robbed before, and I posted a negative review but after careful consideration and experience with other dentists I have decided to go back to Dr.Ripa's office To get more work done. The truth is you get what you pay for, and teeth are a valuable thing to waste! Lol the man is a pro and nobody will get you better results than he will. Sorry Doc! I'm coming home! Respect

My mom called and ask about the special to get X-ray and cleaning , they did X-ray and told her she needed deep cleaning. They should've explained over the phone and tell her she won't just get a cleaning it will be what they recommend for her instead of taking her money for a X-ray i wish she had paid with a card so I can get her damn money back instead she paid cash. Don't recommend anyone going to this place then this receptionist had the nerves to cut me off when I'm talking to her and tried to check me, no way donkey when someone speaking shut your mouth and wait your turn.

So glad I gave this place a chance after reading the negative reviews this office was sold from the previous dentist with all the bad reviews Dr Ripa is no longer working there let me tell you everything changed. Dr Daneshgar and Dr Santana the new owner are so down to earth I've been to several dentist who just tell you things that you don't need and Dr. D was so honest with me with what I needed. I went with a flyer of 59.00$ and I got my cleaning exam and an hour of the doctors time to explain to me what needed to be done I was so happy with the service the hygentist was so gentle and took her time to clean my teeth. I'm so happy I gave this place a chance you can't always believe what you read online you go experience it for yourself. The front desk and assistants are very nice and attentive I would reccomended this place to anyone looking for a place to be treated like part of their family. Thank you Dr D and the staff for a wonderful first visit I'm so excited to start my dental journey with fixing my teeth.
