I felt a sense of comfort just by the environment & the welcoming greeting I received when I walked in. And after I met everyone I felt even more comfortable. Definitely going back

I been having a toothache for awhile, to where it got bad that it felt like my brain was frying. I drove to Haynesville 1st to Dr.Sherman office (Yes I called 1st,the lady told me to come on in yes they will pull it).So I drove 1hr & 1/2 to get to haynesville, then get there they say that I have to have surgery and he don't think he can pull it smh. So of course I was disappointed but I didn't let the devil stop me! So as I decided to leave after the blank trip, I called Norton's & Dr.Palmer dentist they stated to me that I have to have an appointment ,so I kept trying. So I got on google to see what other dentist was in the area. I came across Dr. Procell. I called Procell office and the staff was nice and listened to my problem, she told me to come on in. so I went on into there office and when I got there I felt like I walked through the gates of heaven. The staff was very concerned and nice. Dr.Procell went Above & beyond to get me out of pain. I really want to thank DR.PROCELL & the staff at DR.PROCELL office for your support team. I recommend Dr.Procell office to anyone who is in need of any dental work. Thank you again!!!! #teamPROCELL!!!!

Hygienist Liah has no patience for kids at all. she was not friendly.I will be switching to Dr.Palmer!!!

Dr..Procell is a very capable dentist with an amazing staff; they work together to bring modern, friendly, top-notch care to Claiborne Parish! I've nothing but praise for them
