Bad treatment, I do not recommend going to them and a doctor. Do not talk to the parents. The nurse is trained and hurts the children. They use a deceptive method to defraud you in order to pay an additional amount.

Dr. Melanie Allen and her associates were helpful in one of my times of need....they saw me in a timely manner for a dental emergency. I am a college student and my primary dentist is back home - thankfully Dr. Allen kindly reinstalled my front tooth veneer. I highly recommend visiting the dentist office for cosmetics or regular check-up. The other patients seemed happy and comfortable in the office as well.

Terrible customer service from the beginning of the phone call. Its apparent the staff doesn't want clients for their dentistry. Sarah was terrible but it may also have been Heather. After being over talked and hung up on I was happy be to quickly serviced by Children's Dental Place. Hopefully procare gets it together for their sake..

Absolutely the worst dental facility I've ever dealt with in my life. They don't care about their patients all they care about is the money. And FYI their patients are children as well.

If their appointment scheduler is a reflection of them then I'm glad they didn't call me back. I called last week as a new patient for my daughter they took my info and insurance info. She wasn't sure if they accepted my daughter insurance after I stated to her that their facility is her primary on the card, she put me on hold abd then told me they did ok. Ask if I could have an appointment the following day or early next week. She stated that she would forward my info to the scheduler and they will be calling me back. Here we are almost a week later and still no call kinda feel discriminate against because of the insurance my daughter has. It may not be the best but stil. I will keep looking for another dentist.

Went to Procare Dentistry to fix a cavity and was super happy with the Dr. and the result no pain was fast and efficient I was impressed definitely recommend.
