Best dental visit of my life, highly recommend!!! Came in with a broken tooth in the back of my mouth. I was in pain for months and finally decided to see a dentist about it when the pain became unbearable. I was pain free the same day after my visit! So glad I chose this dental office. The front desk assistant, Debbie, was amazingly helpful. She had answers to all my questions and concerns. The dentist, Dr. Khorram, was very professional with her examination of my mouth and made sure I had a pain free experience during and after my procedure. I ended up needing a root canal and two cavities filled. I had to give the doc a hug when I came back to get my crown put on because the first visit was so great! Definitely will return to this office for my dental care!!!

My mother had wonderful experience even though she had lost her vision they were extremely helpful and kind with her. My mother says it was awesome they did her root canal and extractions and all of her cleanings have been such a great experience with Doctor and Staff here at this location. Would definitely recommend for everyone.

I want to thank you for great job that you done on my teeth. Her assistant was great with the follow through with my insurance company and keeping me updated with everything. Great communicate. Secondly Dr . Khorram was very honest with me about the dental procedure that needed to be done. She worked with paying my balance that my insurance didn't cover. I am very pleased with the work she provided. Now I can smile without have any issues. I would definitely recommend Dr. Khorram amd her staff to anyone that needs dental services.

I recently moved and need a new place for teeth cleaning, and chose this place because of the great reviews I see online, and this place did not disappoint! Called this place and provided my insurance number and they have done all the enquiries with my insurance for me. The team here are super helpful and warm, and the dentist found very minor cavities I have and fixed it! Because of the various procedures that need to be fixed on my teeth, my husband appointment got pushed back past the operation hours. The dentist does not rush when cleaning his teeth, and both our teeth cleaning and filling was done beautifully. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. Thank you Dr. Nasrin!

I am very happy with the services. The doctor and her staff are amazing. I have dental phobia, I was so worry about my root canal and extractions. After she pulled one tooth, it was so smooth that I asked her if she can remove all 3 teeth. My root canal was so easy that I am still in shock. No waiting, personalized attention and super clean office. I recommend dr Khorram to everyone

Today Dr Khorram did 3 root canal for me. The whole procedure was absolutely smooth and painless. Dr Khorram and her staff are very professional and friendly. They explain everything clearly and I am not afraid of asking questions. She answered all my questions patiently without rushing me.The office is spotless and modern. The equipments are latest technology. I totally recommend Procare dental group to all my friends and family.

Was coming in as new patient. I arrived on time , no parking as they do not allow you to enter rear door. I walked in No one greeted me or even came to front to acknowledge me. After 15 minutes I called to back and reception came to front and got insurance ( no Im sorry to keep you waiting) she went to the back again. I waited till 45 minutes after appointment to ask "how much longer" I was than told another 30 minutes!! ( so 1 1/4 hours after my scheduled appt) They had emergency root canal. The person had been in back since my arrival, so she knew I would be waiting way beyond my scheduled appointment. I think its VERY UNPROFFESIONAL to not alert me of the wait. Im sure they would not take me if I showed up 45 minutes late. RESPOSE TO YOUR FABRACATED DELUSIONAL It was more than 30 minutes it was 45 and on top of that you wanted me to wait another 30 minutes. I did not say a word when I walked in as the door bell rang and I expected someone to come greet me and take information. No one came untill I stood up and said is anyone here?? She did not call my name or ask 2x for my ID while I was on phone. I did not immediatly ask "how much longer till I was already waiting 45 minutes. AT ANY TIME YOU COULD HAVE TOLD ME I WAS GOIUNG TO HAVE TO WAIT BECAUSE OF EMERGENCY !! NO YOU WAITED TILL I ASKED !! NO CONCEREN FOR MY TIME !! At no time was I swearing at you or staff because there was no one in front to help or hear me. If I had why would you be offering me to call. The parking in back is in front of the back door that says in big letters EXIT ONLY USE FRONT DOOR. I have breathing issues and had to walk around severl bussinesses in 102 degree heat. And yes I was on my phone returning work emails and text messages as I had been sitting doing nothing but wasting time in your front office. If you spent even 1/2 the time with me as you did your response I wouldn't have an issue

I was in so much pain. Dr and assistants were so caring and went out of there way to help me. Dr K has such a gentle hand and Debie answered all my questions accurately. Thank you for holding my hand threw this nerve wrecking process.
