Dr. Park and his staff are wonderful! Maria at the front desk knows everyone by name and makes me feel like I've been a long time customer. I recently visited this office for the first time for my cleaning and then came back for some major work last week. Maria is so nice and explains everything and answers all of my questions. Very reasonable prices too. I have insurance but my out of pocket expenses are really not bad at Pro Dental. I would recommend Pro Dental. Thumbs up

Went here a couple months ago for the first time, never returned and never will. I went for a cleaning and because there was a large bump on my gums going over my front right tooth. They were terribly rough and incompetent enough, for lack of a better word, to misdiagnose me. They were to the point where my mouth was bleeding so badly after a CLEANING, and my mouth/teeth hurt from how rough they were for 4 days after I left. Aside from this, they told me I had two cavities, one on each side of my mouth, and told me to "floss more" when I asked about the bump. I'm not a dentist so who am I to challenge, even though I had the bump for almost a month & a half at that point and didn't believe it to be correct. I went to another dentist for the cavities, because I was absolutely not going back if a cleaning almost made me cry. The dentist immediately looked at the x-rays from them, and my mouth, and said that the previous dentist was incorrect and that there are not two cavities on each side, there's 3 cavities on one side. Then, he looked at the bump, and asked if I had it looked at before. I said I asked my previous dentist at pro dental about it and was told to floss more. He immediately rolled his eyes, and said "this is absolutely not from just not flossing. not to mention if it was, it'd be all over your mouth", and referred me to a SPECIALIST because it was something that needed to be removed from my mouth. If I had gone back to pro dental, who knows how long I would have had to go before realizing that they completely had no idea what they were doing with my teeth. I would give less than a one if I could.
