We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Dr. Nazir was born and raised in Pakistan. He first attended school at Lawrence College, then went to Nishtar Medical College where he received his Bachelor of Dental Science in 1993. He then went on to attend Newcastle University in England where he completed his Masters in Restorative Dentistry in 2008. He moved to Minnesota in 2008 and resides with his wife and four children in Maple Grove, MN. In his free time he enjoys traveling and hiking.

Do not go there it is a bad place to go to get your teeth worked on the doctor does not know what he's doing ,they don't check your bite, they don't check anything! to do with a dentures, do not get a denture there unless you want to look like horse teeth worst place ever!! do not go there they won't redo anything and they do not fix anything that needs to be adjusted if I can give it a -10 I would

I came in for a cleaning and was so happy with the friendly hygienist and Dr. I've set up 2 fillings for next week and a crowning for a month from now ! Great service and with a smile too!

I've been comping here since I was a teenager, the doctor is very efficient and straight forward. The hygienists are all very nice but my favorite is Jelsie, she is so sweet and makes you feel very comfortable!!

Would have to say by far worst dental place ever. They have poor customer service. Left my daughter sitting for 2 hours waiting for a filling and after giving her the novacaine. So she calls me cause it was wearing off and no one is acknowledging her I called got excuses on why it was happening wanted a follow up call from doctor Stull to this day haven't gotten one and so I told my daughter after 3 hours of sitting there to leave now they are refusing to see her again because the doctor do t feel comfortable with her.

Dr. Fatima was so caring & wonderful with my 13 year old son who needed a couple of fillings. It was his first experience with Novocain. I highly recommend her & we will be going back for his dental needs in the future.

Worste experience I've ever had with a dentist. I got in for a root canal and a cap. As I'm walking out they tell me they did the root canal but my insurance did cover the cap so it's a bare half of a tooth. DEVISTATED!. I WOULDNT HAVE GOTTEN THE ROOT CANAL atm had I known this. Not to mention it's on a front tooth!

There accounting services are awful. It took me forever to get my first bill.I asked for it several times and when I finally did get it I was demanded to pay now or they would stop with my work. So know I gave them a insurance check and they put it in there bank in Feb and in July they tell me it did not go thru. My insurance sent me a check but I was all paid up so I figured it was mine.
