I am so thankful to have transferred my 3 boys over to Pro Dental Group located on 24th st in downtown Sacramento. Kimberly in the office recommended me to transfer my kids to her office after multiple failed attempts of getting a referral available from our prior Dentist for a specific treatment.. My Kids have been receiving great service and all of their needs have been met for their dental health in a fast timely manner. Dr. Frisancho is great! All the staff are great! Thank you Pro Dental!

After I was referred it took 1 and half months to get an appointment. I was there for a root canal referral. Thinking I was going to finally get the root canal, turns out it was only a consultation. The dentist Dr Kim was really brief with me and pretty much rushed me out. Had to wait an additional 20 days to get seen for the actual root canal. The process for getting service is just way too long. But once you are there the work goes really quick. Unfortunately this was the only option I had for MediCal other dentists were not seeing patients until September. So you get what you pay for. The ladies at the front were really nice to me; I didn't have an issue with them. My main issue was that it takes too long to get seeing, and you are referred there because you are in pain. That's too long to wait when you are in pain.

Had to get a root canal done. Which I had been in pain for weeks. Arrived and 30 minutes later I was out the door. Best dentist I ever had in my 49 years. Will gladly visit again

I love this dentist office and the dentist. Always friendly welcome when I arrive. I never have had to wait longer than 5 minutes. The dentist always remembers my name (even though I forget his), and I'm always made to feel comfortable.

Help desk very rude no appointments always 4 month never ever have spot open for new patient never ever open front desk very rude and raise to be honest find any clinic better that talk to front desk girl

The receptionist at this location was extremely rude, disrespectful, and angry. Dr. Kim will lose so much business keeping this woman employed at his office due to her attitude and disrespectful nature to patients. We will also be filing a complaint with the medical review and dentistry boards. Never have We experienced such blatant disregard.

While I was glad that Dr. Kim was able to get me in for a much-needed root canal on one of my front teeth, the aftercare has been terrible. I was told the area would be sore and tender for a couple of days, before having to call today on the fifth day still experiencing tenderness and pain. When I called early in the morning to notify him of this, I was told I would be given a call back once he was reached. Five and a half hours later and still no call, I call the pharmacy to check if anything had been sent over, only to find that I was given IB Perforin, something I had informed them I had already been taking, along with an antibiotic. When I called back to inform them I was already taking 800mg Motrin, I was told again that Dr. Kim would be told and they would see if anything else could be done. I never received a call back after this. I am allergic to codeine, which I was told he would have prescribed, so instead I receive something weaker? It makes absolutely no sense and there is no reason I should have to be in pain. They informed me that once the antibiotics kicked in, I'd be better, but that will still take at least a couple of days. I should have been prescribed antibiotics after the procedure, in which case days of my being in pain would have been avoided. There is no excuse for making a patient endure pain for no reason, nor for not calling them back when they are in need of care.

I love Dr Miguel! He is super with my kids. And very gentel when he gives you the anestesia. He makes you feel confortable when you have to do a procedure. Very knowledgable.

They imposed unnecessary braces for cosmetic reasons (if this particular person needed braces then heaven help us all, they were just looking for money, hustling) They're not so great, said they can do a simple procedure but didn't tell me that my insurance didn't pay for it so I wasn't prepared which made it awkward to me like they were looking for a sale similar to how retail, car salesman. Smh.

After reading the reviews I was super discouraged about having to bring my son here. This is what he was assigned for his insurance, and ultimately I wanted him to go to a Child Specialty dentist for his first Dental appointment. Insurance does not allow that, they make you go to the assigned dentist and then be referred.. Which kind of defeats the purpose if you as me.. We scheduled our appointment, and with hesitation I took my son there, I was so worried his first experience would be horrible and he would be terrified to ever go again. Well, our experience was opposite of my fears. We had no wait, the front desk was extremely nice and fast. The dental assistant made our entire experience! She did so well with my 3 year old. He did so good, he allowed them to exam and clean his teeth. The Dr was very patient and every one was all smiles to help him feel comfortable. He even got to see how each instrument worked so he felt good about it! I am very happy with our experience! I know every situation is different but for us, we very much enjoyed our experience! Thank you everyone for making my son feel safe and comfortable.

As a first timer, things went speedy fast with quite normal positive approach. Super nice, professional nurses and good dentist. I'm pretty sanguine for future well-treatment.
