They are SO amazing & great! Dr. Pham is super sweet, and every person I interacted with in the office was pleasant and professional. The Hygenist who cleaned my teeth was INCREDIBLY knowledgeable, adept at conveying everything in a way I could easily understand, and just like ridiculously pleasant and caring. So grateful! 11/2022 update: Just went for a cleaning and one of the staff members seemed rushed. The chairs in the waiting room need some TLC, and the bathroom sink was in less than tip top shape. Minor complaints; nothing to switch dentists over. But they must be a little overwhelmed and that makes me concerned for them.

My experience with pro dental has been very good, The hygienist, Erica H. did a excellent job on my teeth. They worked at getting me seen quickly so I could look my best at an upcoming wedding.

The appointments are never on time ,for me 4 times in a row they were at least 45 minutes late and they blame being short staffed on it

I'm gonna give him 5 stars if he wasn't for the receptionist coughing. It was a hacking Cough like a bad cold or flu or I don't know what. Come on it's a dental office, they definitely should not allow that, especially the C19 thing.

Okay so I didn't love it, but who loves going to the dentist anyway? If you do you should also love your psychiatrist cuz you probably spend time there too. Anywho , Dr Pham is pretty good, I've went to her longer than any other dentist in my adult life and so that's a good sign. she listens to what my concerns are and I like most of her staff. They seem to be expanding their business and harder to get an appointment. It used to be you could get an appointment within a month or so and now it takes two months to get in line. But that's really the same with a lot of them. This is a nice office, but not overdone like the Spa experience that become so prevalent in dentistry now. Parking is good but getting back out on Oro Dam can some times be a bit of a challenge. Yeah offering a promo for 5 star reviews isn't very professional.l

I have not been able to see a dentist for far too long, and was incredibly embarrassed about the state of my teeth. Dr. Pham simply came in, looked at my xrays and made a plan to get everything back on track. There was no shame involved for the years I lost my insurance, only solutions for where I am now. I cannot express how grateful I am to have found someone who is direct, but also kind. Big shout out to the staff as well! Everyone was so friendly, and I had a great time chatting with the assistant! 5/5 stars Thank you to everyone!

There was a tiny bump on my filling, on the back of my tooth, that was bothersome. She found it right away & took care of it. She also loved meeting Curry, my service dog. Thanks guys, for another great experience.

I can say I honestly love the staff here they are always friendly to my kids even on rough days. My kids have been going here since my oldest son was 2and he is now 14 I highly recommend people to come here!!!

This dental office is wonderful .Front desk,The Dentist and all the staff. Only complaint is not their fault. Very busy.
