I had a procedure done and it was the best dental experience I've ever had. Dr. Capati and her team are amazing during the entire process. Their after procedure instructions are thorough and they call you the day after to make sure you're doing okay. No complaints here!

AS SOMEONE WHO WORKS IN THE DENTAL FIELD! This office is amazing and Dr. Capati always has the patients best interest in mind. People do not realize how hard it is to even get the insurance to pay. The office has NO CONTROL over YOUR INSURANCE and how they pay. So my advice is learn your own insurance benefits and don't rely on everyone else to do it for you, then be mad when its YOUR insurance that didn't pay and leave this office a bad review because you didn't know your own insurance. Sam makes it very clear what she gave you is an estimate. Even their website shows which insurances they are in network with. So you can not be upset with an office, when you didn't do your own simple research. I love this office everyone is so caring and understanding. They called to check up on me after my procedure which I thought was really great.

If I had a choice of 6 stars I would give it to these amazing people. I have been to this office for the past two years and have completed two surgeries with numerous periodontics cleanings. Everytime I came in the atmosphere was calm and professional. I used the military Tricare Insurance and have had issues the insurance company multiple times with billing. Nevertheless Sam at the front desk would become my middle man and take care of it evertime. Thank you guys!

The dental team is nice. However, make sure you ask the front office staff, before you are seen, if they are in-network with your insurance carrier. The front office staff is not willing to be upfront with that information, otherwise. I was told it's not their responsibility to do so, even though they know that the insurance carriers make mistakes of what doctors are in/out of network. But, they know if they are or not. The front office staff will only tell you that what you signed was an agreement that your costs are only estimates. So, please ask first, before being seen. It'll save you a headache.

I am always welcomed by smiling faces. Everyone is so nice. Dr. Capati did an amazing job removing an old partial molar and placing implants. Very gentle with quick recovery. Highly recommend!

Fraud or Misinformation? We'll just let the MDA decide on that one. I just know that I do not think it is fair to make me pay full price for a service when they told me that my insurance provider was going to pay for 50% of the estimate. I waited 7 months between the initial consultation and the procedure for my dental benefits to take effect just to learn, after the procedure, that the insurance would only cover $50 the $1103.00 procedure. If I had known that beforehand than I would never have agreed with them to perform the procedure. I would have gone somewhere else where my insurance would have covered the 50%. They denied me the freedom to decide for myself how much I was willing to pay for this by providing me with false information. Or did they know? I was able to obtain the correct information within 10 min of contacting my insurance company, why weren't they able to get the same information. Aren't they the ones dealing with insurance companies on a regular basis! The Doctor was too busy to discuss this issue with me and the office manager just said it was my fault for not contacting the insurance company before the procedure to verify that the information given to me was correct. That the amount on the invoice is only an estimate and many other reasons why this was my fault and that they did nothing wrong. In my defense, when the estimate was presented to me, I didn't think I needed to second guess the information they provided me with. My regular dentist recommended this office to me why should I question them? And regarding the fact that it was an estimate and that I agreed to pay the estimate; an estimate allows differences in the price related to the procedure. The insurance is a constant factor and therefor does not fluctuate! 50% is still 50%, not $50!! I did not agree to pay the full amount of the estimate. I agreed to pay 50% of the estimate. Please question any information they give you; I wish I had. I wouldn't be out $519 right now. And the kicker is that they wanted me to make appointments for additional procedures totaling $3000 with the same 50% dental insurance coverage. Wow!!
