Dr. Abdullah Sayed began his dental educationat Columbia University in New York.Following this, he completed a general practice residency at Montefiore Hospital.He obtained a MastersDegree in Conservative Dentistry (fixed prosthodontics) from the University ofLondon where he worked on some of the most extensive dental restoration cases in the United Kingdom.
His love of surgery brought him back toNewYork where he completed atwo-year full-time advanced fellowship in Implantology at Brookdale University Hospital.The Brookdale program is the oldest American implant fellowship, and the pioneering institution in dental implant treatment. To further diversify his surgical skills, Dr. Sayed earned a specialty certificate in periodontology at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor,andsince then, has limited his practice to periodontics and implantology.In addition to his practice, Dr. Sayed also teaches future periodontists at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry.
Dr. Sayed was voted a Top Dentist by a group of his peers in Hour Magazine.Only ahandful of periodontists have received this honor. Dr. Sayed is also a Diplomate of the American Boardof Periodontology and as such, he understands the importance of continually studying the latest advancements in periodontal care.
After receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2010, Dr. Khaled Sinjab completed a 1-year fellowship in periodontics at the University of Michigan and his love for the specialty pushed him to complete the 3-year residency program where he received his masters degree in Periodontics. He is the proud recipient of the Delta Dental Award, Rackham Block Grant Award, and the Implant Dentistry Research and Education Foundation Grant Award. He has published several articles focusing on dental implant diseases and their management, and his thesis project involved analyzing the bacteria found around dental implants.
When Dr. Kal is not busy with dentistry or teaching at the University, he spends his time giving webinars to dentists around the world and going on hiking trips with his wife and family. He has been board certified by the American Board of Periodontology and is proudly affiliated with the Michigan Periodontal Association, American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, and the Midwest Society of Periodontology.

My regular and special appointments are always handled in a friendly manner . Staff members are always caring and give professional, quality care. I never begrudge the distance I have to travel to see them. I would recommend Dr. Sayed and his staff to all.

I had a terrible smile!! The post from my first implants were exposed, and it was painful. Dr. Sayed did not do the first implants. After Dr. Sayed was finished, I now have what my coworkers are calling a movie star smile.

I appreciate how the office and staff are super welcoming, very timely, and have effective communication. The office is very clean and organized with lots of high tech equipment. My periodontist was Dr. Sinjab and he is very respectful and honest. I love how thorough he is with treatment steps & goes above and beyond to make sure the patient is satisfied and comfortable. Highly recommend! :)

I had a great, phenomenal experience at Pristine Periodontics! I was immediately greeted upon entry and provided excellent customer service throughout my experience! The Dentist took time out to get to know me, see what I was trying to accomplish im my dental care, and providing reasonable accommodations to meet my expectations in a cost efficient manner, while thoroughly explaining everything!

I am usually very apprehensive about the injection of anesthetic. Dr. Sayed removed that apprehension as he was gentle and the entire procedure time was short. Thank you for a procedure well done. Shaun, Dr. Sayed's assistant, was very good and Jenna was helpful. Front desk girls were friendly and pleasant. Well done to all.

Dr Syed is very knowledgeable in his field All his team members and him are very attentive and polite I recommend this place if you need dental implant My procedure was very smooth with very little pain which is expected This is my second implant First one was 17 years a go I don't remember which molar it was until he told me Thumbs up to Pristine Periodontics and Implants.

Dr Sayed is an outstanding peradontist. He is not only extremely skilled, but also compassionate and kind. Anyone needing periodontal work would benefit greatly from his services. He is a real gem!! I feel so fortunate to have found his practice. And his staff is amazing!!

Unfortunately my bone graphs did not take. Two attempts. Apparently this is not common. Beware that it is a possibility. Now I have to pay for two bridges.

Such a wonderful experience. Dr. and staff were friendly, professional, and very considerate (this was my first visit to the office). The office itself was beautiful and well run. The (cleaning) experience itself was surprisingly pleasant, and can't can't believe how much healthier my mouth feels after one visit! I look forward to returning in the future.

I had to pay out-of-pocket for scaling. After the one side was done the symptoms PERSISTED so I chose not to go through the stress of having the other side done. There was talk of surgery, bone loss and an implant. I sought out treatment from another periodontist. He recommended a scaling on the symptomatic tooth. I told the hygienist that the tooth had been scaled approx. 1 year ago. She couldn't believe it because she worked on that tooth for an hour. Sayad's hygienist merely tapped the tooth whereas this hygienist scaled with a degree of force of much appreciated force. The chronic achiness was immediately gone. She did her job. The hygienist at Sayad's office did not which would have put in a queue for an implant and/or surgery. That may still be in my future but at least I got what I paid for. I have asked for the half of my money be returned to me. My request has been ignored. I wonder about a place that needs my money that much. I do not recommend this doctor.
