I had a horrible experience .If i could i would give zero stars. Very disappointed. I live an hour plus from here. And apparently some one scheduled an appointment for my 5 year old . Which "they didnt know " the doctor that specifies in children is only there till 2pm. Monday thru friday . I have three other kids . Whom i had dropped off at daycare to take care of my 5 year old's cavities .

Do not bring your child here. When I was a kid and would have bad cavities the dentist would drill them out without numbing me and the pain was the worst. I would tell her to stop and would grab her wrist. but she was so rude and put her hand up like she was going to hit me. I don't know if she still works there but I hope not.

We moved and I tried a different dentist. We decided to drive the extra miles to continue with Prestine Dental. They are very professional and work great with our insurance. We could never be happier with the experience we have with them.
