Derrick Joseph, DDS, was born in Valdosta, GA. He graduated from Valdosta High School in 2006 and immediately attended undergraduate school at Valdosta State University. Already having decided to pursue a dentistry degree, he was on track to graduate in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science.
In 2013, Dr. Joseph accepted an offer from Howard University in Washington, DC to attend dental school. While attending, he joined and is an active member of the brothers of Delta Mu Chi Fraternity, Inc. an interprofessional fraternity for dental, pharmacy, and medical doctors. He graduated in May 2017 with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery.
Dr. Joseph began working as a comprehensive dentist in a corporate office immediately after graduating and has done so for almost three years. Keeping with his 5-year plan, he is now on track to open an office of his own Pristine Dental Care. He understands the importance of the patient experience as the key to an honest, everlasting relationship with patients. When Dr. Joseph isnt practicing dentistry, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, reading, learning new things, traveling, fishing, and outdoor sports.

Great staff and awesome Dentist. Dr Joseph is straightforward and puts you at ease. He is great at what he does and makes sure to explain things every step of the way. His staff makes you feel welcomed from the moment you come in. And the office itself offers a comforting and clean environment. I'm sticking the Dr. Joseph for all my dental needs.

My son Gabe front tooth broke when school was right around the corner. Dr. Joseph work a miracle and got him together in a timely manner. We both are very pleased with his work and how he made a crown look identical to his other front tooth. We have since made him our General Dentist for our family of 4.

I highly recommend this office! Dr Joseph is compassionate, professional, and has great energy. We discussed all my questions in detail and in terms I could understand and he ensured I was comfortable the whole appointment. The office and tech is also clean and modern, and the location was super easy to access. I will definitely be back!

If anything is going to give me anxiety, it's the dentist. But coming here, the experience went as great as it possibly could have. I feel safe with the doctor and the staff. They are new yet they obviously know what they're doing. The doctor has such a good presence and personality which is super helpful in that position. I immediately recommended my friend to them and I will to anyone else in need of an excellent dentistry. Also, the place looked amazing! I was definitely fascinated with how gorgeous the place was, I've never been to such a lovely dentist office. 20/10!

this is the best experience i've ever had at a dentist. the staff is SO welcoming and kind. they made me feel so at ease with every single thing. i get really bad anxiety at medical appointments and it was very limited here. i highly recommend this place!!

I dont have insurance, they worked with me to get my last wisdom tooth out. Greatest dentist I have ever been too. Extraction went flawless, wayy better than the last dentist that took my other 2. I won't go to anyone else now.

I had the pleasure of being a patient to Dr. Joseph he removed all four of my wisdom teeth. Dr. Joseph was very patient, knowledgeable and comforted me throughout the entire procedure. I definitely recommend his office.

Dr. Joseph is awesome! I don't like going to the dentist. The pain always makes me nervous but Dr. Joseph has skills! He did my cleaning himself and there was no pain . Also I feel like the dentists always try to get you to do a ton of procedures but they didn't do that at all at pristine dental! Not to mention that place was CLEAN! It lives up to the pristine name! I even got to watch the game during my cleaning on one of the tvs. So dope . Highly recommend .

I'm the biggest coward when it comes to going to the dentist, not to mention that I hate being judged on how bad my teeth were, Dr Joseph took all that into account when I went for my initial visit with him. I can't give him and his staff glowing enough reports. They put my fears at ease and made me feel comfortable enough that I wasn't overly nervous about seeing him. I highly recommend Dr Joseph and the staff at Pristine. Everything was laid out up front with no hidden surprises. If you're looking for a new dentist, look no further.
