  • Full dentures are given to patients when all of the natural teeth have been removed. Conventional full dentures are placed after the gum tissue has healed, which can take several months. Immediate full dentures are placed immediately after the teeth have been removed and may require frequent adjustments during the first couple of months of use.
  • Partial dentures are attached to a metal frame that is connected to your natural teeth and are used to fill in where permanent teeth have been removed. Partial dentures are considered a removable alternative to bridges.

  • Your dentures are not immune from plaque and tartar build-up, so it's important that you brush your dentures every day. To brush your dentures, use a soft-bristled brush and gently brush the surfaces of the dentures, being careful not to break or bend the plastic. Between brushings, it's important to rinse your dentures after each meal.
  • Use a gentle cleanser to clean your dentures. Many kinds of toothpaste, household cleaners, and mouthwashes can be too hard on your dentures, so it is recommended that you use a mild hand or dish soap to get your dentures clean. Be sure to check for the American Dental Association (ADA) seal of approval to choose products that are safe for your dentures, or ask your dentist about which products may be best for you.
  • When you are not wearing your dentures, they need to be kept moist. Dentures that are not kept in a denture cleaning solution or in water can dry out, lose their shape, or even crack and break. Certain styles of dentures require certain soaking solutions, so be sure to ask your dentist which solution is best for you.

They have been my dentists for years and they are truly a great team. Im very picky and always a little scared going to the dentist but im very comfortable here. Dr. Dinani truly knows what he is doing and i trust me 100%. Vita, Luis, and Nicolette are so patient and welcoming its really a different experience. And as always a special thanks to Maura who always helps me with any insurance issues. She takes the time to explain and really deal with the insurance companies.

Dr. Montenero and the PDG staff could NOT have shown more compassion and care than they did today for my octagenarian mother. who cracked a tooth over the weekend! How thankful my family is for Princeton Dental Group, especially now during the pandemic!

I went in today to get a filling fixed. Dr. Brummel was great (as usual) and it was nice to see him and the staff fully suited up for covid measures. Sue was fantastic at the chair and I was in & out with super efficiency.

I saw Dr. Montenero for a chipped tooth and he was wonderful. He fit me into his schedule quickly, he explained all the options and the process along the way and when he was done you couldn't even tell that it had ever been chipped - it looked as good as new!

This dental group is just amazing even with all that we're going through. From the time you walk through the door you're greeted with a smile (behind a mask lol). Everyone is knowledgeable and will sit and explain any and everything you want/need to know. Love it!

Recently moved from California to Princeton and was struggling on finding a trustworthy and honest dentist. I had a particular situation where dentist in this area where trying to take advantage of my situation to profit more money. Until I tried one last place and was by far the best dental experience I've had. I was so impressed with the customer service of the front desk and how helpful they were. I cant even begin to express my gratitude for Dr.Brummel and his dental assistant. He truly cares about the quality of care with his patient and doing a honest days work. I'm thankful I found this dental practice and am gladly recommending this dentistry to all.
