Prince George Dental has a pleasant and helpful staff. Dr. is exacting, thorough, and sensitive to his patients' needs. He is also willing to take the time to answer questions and address concerns.

I seen some of the reviews before I scheduled an appointment and they were all mostly positive so I went ahead and booked. The day of my appointment my son gets sick so I called to reschedule but unbeknownst to me when I called to reschedule they tell me that I have to call and reschedule 48hrs in advance and if I didn't make the appointment that day then I would not be able to get another appointment with them EVER. Now I've seen a lot of dentists and booked a lot of appointments but I was never told that if a couldn't make an appointment that I would never be able to go that dentist again THATS JUST CRAZY. I'm highly disappointed with this practice they should at least be prepared for client emergencies anything can happen

What an amazing dental office. They do a GREAT job taking care of all ages of patients. Every person that works there is so pleasant to be around. They don't push you to do more dental work than is necessary. The dentists do FANTASTIC work. I DEFINITELY recommend them!!

Years ago my mother suggested Bonnie to me when i was looking to switch from my old dentist. I struggle with autism and am very weird about touch and feelings. I have never felt uncomftorble with anyone that has worked here. Conversation with the girls up front keeps me calm and collected. They act more like friends but are never anything other then profesional. they make going to the dentist a little less displeasing. i however am one that enjoys the dentist and good personal hygeine. making appointments is easy and they always keep me reminded, which is something i really need. Once Bonnie left i got a bit worried but everone new is great!

The staff was very friendly and I'm a cry baby at the dentist but they made me feel comfortable and now I look at going to the dentist as being less scary

I've been coming to this same location since 2000 and although the ownership has changed in the last year, the Excellence in Customer Service hasn't. These Guys and Gals are the BEST!

I love this office !!!!!! I am so in love with the customer service and the treatment when you come in really makes you feel like family. I had been to other dentist office and was told I would need all these crazy procedures and I came in to them and it turned out I didn't. They did not just treat me like a dollar sign they actually gave me their honest opinions about what is in my best benefit. Shout out to my girl Brittany in billing you are the absolute best !!!!! You always answer any questions with such a polite attitude and you can hear how much you love your job. And the quality o their work will keep you coming back for years.

Beware these people require for customers to give over their social security number before service, if using insurance. I recommend to research the risks of doing this before visiting this dentist.

For my first visit on Nov,29,2017 i really was happy with everything and everyone. Very friendly and clean. I was so pleased and i think this will be my family dentist. A+

If you ever have problems with your teeth or mouth this is the eye deal place to go the staff is really into easying your pain and getting your mouth back into shape so you can smile again and wouldn't have that sick feel when you gums bleed plus i didn't no how important it was to have you teeth cleaned until my mouth was hurting after the cleaning it stopped the pain unbelievably but so true They all work as a family and you feel as a family member this is the place you need to be Prince George dental S crater rd Petersburg va Holloway
