Had to go for my cleaning and a filling. Rachel is the sweetest and kindness person you could ever let work on you. Darian did my filling, she did such a great job that you could not even tell I got a filling. I would highly recommend these two with any of your dental needs!

Great experience with my first visit to Primo Smiles for a cleaning. Paige was awesome and she and Dr. Chris Kerns took the time to explain everything that they were doing. I highly recommend Primo Smiles!

Primo Smiles is the best experience you can have at the dentist. The staff is so friendly and really care about your comfort and work with you whatever your needs are. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!!!

Absolutely recommend Primo Smiles in Cynthiana. They are the friendliest and most thorough group ever! They always make me feel comfortable and do a great job of explaining everything they are doing and laying out all of your options. One of the best out there!

I called Primo Smiles late in the afternoon after a permanent retainer placed by a different office 13 years ago popped loose while I was eating - leaving me with a sharp wire poking my mouth and tongue - and they were able to squeeze me in to be seen the same afternoon. Not only did they repair the wire, but the entire office was friendly, professional, and kind. The office is clean, modern, and the service was exceptional.

As someone who is terrified of going to the dentist, even for a simple cleaning, I was very pleased with my first visit to Dr. Kerns' office. His wife Casey and dental hygienist Rachel were super comforting and did an amazing job making me comfortable.

It's embarrassing but, I haven't been to the dentist in years. Years! The team at Primo Smiles were the absolute best. Everyone was kind and friendly. They were very educational and explained everything so well. They helped me feel relaxed and ready for my next visit. I know they are going to help me get over my fear of the dentist and get into a normal routine of going.

Shanda is the most gentle dental hygienist I have ever had- I almost fell asleep on her several times because she was so careful not to cause any pain

I have been busy the last couple of weeks getting feelings put in and getting my teeth whitening! Each visit has been wonderful! The staff at Primo smiles are amazing! From desk clerks to everyone in the back are super nice. I feel like was getting spoiled each time I was in there. From listening to music in my head phones, wearing glasses to protect my eyes from the light, and being on a massage chair with heat! They definitely know how to keep you calm and relaxed there! I don't remember everyone's name but they know who they are. I'm sorry I'm really bad at remembering peoples names. Lol. But enjoy everyone there. Thanks Primo Smiles for taking care of my teeth

Extraction went smoothly, had a follow up to remove a piece of bone that worked its way out this morning and they got me in as a walk in.

My husband had a check up here and was beyond happy! A lot of great staff, especially Darian! They got him in quickly for a cleaning just a few days after his first check up and he was so happy with the results! Great job from Racheal on the cleaning! Highly recommend this office!
