Dr. Taehyung Moon, DDS, received his Bachelor of Science degree from New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business in Finance while also completing a major concentrating in Chemistry. Enjoying both fields of studies, Dr. Moon was part of series of researches in college that led him to advance to professional studies. He graduated from New York University College of Dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
Dr. Moon has also completed many training programs including Columbia University Implant Continuum Program. He is fully credentialed to become a member of FICOI (Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists). He still participates in a number of programs that allow him to be a diligent practitioner.
He is always on top of the most advanced dental techniques and technologies that can serve as the foundation in treating patients. As a member of dental organizations at local, state, and nationwide levels, he strongly believes lifelong learning and opening up positive possibilities for our communities.

I visited Dr.Moon for a consultation today, Dr.Moon and the assistant are very calm and gentle! Dr.Moon educated me on taking better care of my teeth, answered all my questions, did an xRay, and cleaning during my consultation. It was my most pleasent experience at a dentist office so far!

Honestly, best dental office I have visited. They are very clean, kind, and competent. The dentist seems to be very honest and does not attempt to "sell" their dental services, but instead tells you just what is needed for your dental health. I loved this experience.

My father is patient from this practice and Dr. Moon has treated him several times. My father has been calling all week long and the receptionist rudely has been ignoring his phone calls, I suppose they have caller ID. I took the time to call on behalf of my Father and the receptionist, I believe her name is Yesenia was extremely incompetent. She advised my father had previously told her that he was going to see someone else but that was because she CLEARLY does not understand when there is a medical necessity or emergency. He had called to get an appointment as he has a tooth bothering him and she refused to give him anything. On 9/15 I called and I spoke with her directly and she knew my dads name and stated "he has missed several appointments" therefore I said to her I'v never had a practice deny treatment because of one, two or three missed appointments. I thought medical providers are there to help you with pain. She advised there are no appointments available and her tone of voice was just so aggravating. I asked her if there is an office manager I can speak with and she said there isn't. I asked her for the practice administrator and she said it is the doctor but he is never available. TO BE IN A MEDICAL OFFICE YOU NEED TO BE CARING AND UNDERSTANDING OF YOUR PATIENTS CONCERNS AND ISSUES, IT IS MORE THAN CLEAR SHE HAS NO SENSE OF EMPATHY WITH PATIENTS.

Honestly, best dental office I have visited. They are very clean, kind, and competent. The dentist seems to be very honest and does not attempt to "sell" their dental services, but instead tells you just what is needed for your dental health. I loved this experience.

Dr. Moon is a great doctor unfortunately he has a staff member in charge that is incompetent to assist during any difficult time. The staff member in charge of making appointments seems to enjoy making people wait who are in severe pain (even after explaining you are in pain she will make you wait!). Ive had to get emergency services elsewhere and pay out of pocket because of her negligence. I've had two incidents with this young lady whom seems to not care about the doctors patients. Due to her lack of care and ability to resolve issues I will no longer see doctor Moon. If you are looking for fast and immediate services I suggest you look elsewhere. This lady will let your mouth rot if it were up to her.

These reviews honestly make me believe that they're either fake or paid. My fiance just left this office this afternoon and she had an absolutely terrible experience. She was scheduled to go in for a cleaning appointment, but when she got there the dentist came to see her and said she needs to have X-Rays done. She had literally just recently done her X-Rays and they wer all benign. She then explained how she was just coming in for cleaning and that she doesn't desire any more X Ray's. The dentist was extremely rude to her and told her "don't tell me what to do". She immediately just left this place and never going back. She was refused the cleaning services basically because the dentist wanted to squeeze as much money out of her as possible. Her confirmed appointment was plain simple.... just CLEANING. She never requested any dental work. Such a disrespectful place.

they dont deserve a star This place is so bad the dentist is rude and don't have patience for children he stopped my daughter procedure because she was terrified of him he didnt even talk to her to make her feel comfortable i ask him do he have any kids he said no i said well to work with children you must have patience I left unhappy and upset with half of procedure done.He needs his license taken do not take your children there even tho the receptionist was a sweet person.

This dentist has magical hands,I'm 40 years old and seen a few dentists but never experienced anything like this before,NO PAIN-ZERO. Never going anywhere else.
