My name is Sam and I joined Prime Smile Dental Care in October 2017 as a Dental Assistant and I am now the Insurance and Treatment Coordinator. I obtained my CDA certificate at the Birmingham Dental Assistant School in July 2017. Some of my duties include reviewing patients medical and dental history, discussing recommended treatment and putting it in action, reviewing payment options, and checking insurances, from verifying and maximizing patients benefits to helping patients understand how all these things will work together. My experience working in both the back and front office is an essential asset in helping the patients maximizing their insurance while decreasing their out of pocket expenses by utilizing their benefits the best way possible, while still receiving the best dental care.

I am extremely thankful for Dr. P and her staff! I've had a hard few months dealing with issues braces left behind for me and she has ever so graciously taken me in and treated me with such gentle and kind care. I could not ask for more! Very satisfied with dental care here. They truly care about your teeth oral hygiene. The doctor talks about what she sees while working in your mouth so you know all of what you need and what to do between visits. My grandson is a young man with disabilities. I just love the hygienist who takes care of him. I wish I could remember her name so that I may give her a great big KUDOS! YEAH....I guess I really like Prime Smiles !

Always have a good experience here and today was no exception! I went in for cleaning but also needed continued work on implant process, much to my surprise they were able to do both today! I am so thankful for Dr. P and her staff....Beverly was wonderful, very gentle but thorough hygienist! Thanks to all the staff at Prime!

Cash price for dental work is going to be less than the price with insurance at other dentists offices and the dentist doesn't mess around and was straight to the point. My teeth have gotten bad and she gave me options I didn't even know I had at this point and gave me a great quote on the work. I can fix two teeth paying cash for half what it was gonna cost for one using insurance and cash at the other place . Will let you know how the work turns out but from other reviews I'm sure she will do a great job.
