Hands down the best pediatric dentist office ever!! Everyone there is so patient, kind, and caring. From the time you enter the door, you feel welcomed. I appreciate the Dr. and all of the staff for taking the time to explain everything. They make sure you know what to expect, answer any questions you may have, and take great pride in their jobs. They also make the children love coming to the dentist. I was extremely pleased with how the staff made my daughter and I so comfortable. Kudos to Dr. Conner and his entire staff!

Best pediatric dentistry in Florence! For the first time in his life, my son ASKS to go to the dentist. The entire staff is caring, patient, and knowledgeable. What else could you ask for? Keep up with the great work.

Being new to the Florence area made finding a trustworthy dentist difficult for our family. The entire staff here are some of the kindest and patient people for kiddos! My son usually panics when it comes to doctor visits of any kind, so I'm very grateful for the patience they all had with him and made him feel so comfortable! Just receiving access to good health insurance has opened up new horizons with healthcare providers I have never been able to get. So after trying MANY pediatric dentists in Florence, I can confidently say this is the best place to bring your children.

This office is like no other office I have ever taking my kids too. Their top priority is to make sure the kids and adults are comfortable from the time you walk in the door until the time you leave. A lot of happy employees and smiling faces.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for the entire team at Prime Dental. My child is convinced it is a magical place! From the moment you enter the door, you feel welcomed. The atmosphere is inviting, fun and the staff exemplifies outstanding customer service. I appreciate the Dr. and assistants taking the time to explain the treatment/process, answering my questions thoroughly without being rushed. They let my daughter be herself and made her comfortable, THANK YOU!!

The office is very clean and nicely decorated. Definitely kid friendly. My son is 3 years old with Autism and the staff was great with him. I was pleasantly surprised that he cooperated with getting x-rays of his teeth. Big shout out to the staff for making both of us comfortable. Dr. Conner explained what needed to be done for my son. I was pleased and grateful to find a dentist office to accommodate my son!!!!

email me at PPDfraud (at) gmail (dot) com if you think you have information that these folks have broken the law. This places was banned from accepting Medicare, I will never set foot in this place again. My daughter and I easily found another dentist. Please do the same.

This place is the best! Dr. Connor did the greatest job at keeping my son calm, and talking to him about his procedure. Highly recommend this pediatric dentistry. The office was really clean, and all staff were nice, and with pleasant attitudes. Job well done!

The team was very patient and encouraging. I loved how they explained each step to her. Although this was not her first visit, she was more emotional this time but the staff understood. The admin staff were very helpful and pleasant as well.

Staff is always super nice but the wait time is ridiculous...Arrived at 9:27 and did not leave until 12:50. I was told the entire process wouldn't take long although he had to be sedated. This appointment was made weeks in advance and scheduling of other appointments should have been adjusted accordingly so my 4 year old wouldn't have to be in a dentist office for 3 1/2 hours.

My daughter is older and this was her 1st visit. I got lectured and instructed how to best restrain my child from behind and force brush her teeth by dr.conner aftet i told him i wanted the records and to leave he told me how he is only 1 of 3 docs certified in a certain way in florence and the only one that can take my insurance and that im going to have a hard time getting help for my child. From the point we got back i got worst case everthing the whole time it seemed like a bunch of scaretactics and bullying almost. Tell how as an adult to adult conversation do u ask someone what training wheels are for in a dentist office. I am so upset i cried in this office and the dr kept me in the are with other patients and just continued to tell me how hes the only one that can help.

Wonderful staff and physician!! The staff is very accommodating and gives great comfort to my son. He has a very sensitive gag reflex, especially during X-rays and they take their time with him. They work so well with him to give him time and keep him calm.
