Although it is one of the most winding paths imaginable, being born and raised in Bulgaria and moving to the U.S. at the age of 10 made Dr. Ivan Georgiev into the professional he is today. After arriving in the U.S., his family moved six times in the first four years. He has lived on both coasts and along the way been exposed to a variety of people and cultures and made many friends.
Other achievements aside, taking care of our patients is what Dr. Georgiev enjoys most about his work. He loves interacting with them and making them laugh. His sense of humor is what he believes they enjoy most about his care.

What a wonderful place to go if you need oral surgery. My son had all four wisdom teeth removed and it went flawlessly. May I also add the entire administrative staff is amazing.

Staff were so freaking nice, i took 2 impacted wisdom teeth off today, the experience was so pleasant, Dr Ivan was awesome! i highly recommend

Dr Georgiev is wonderful and knowledgeable . My daughter had all her wisdom teeth removed and from the initial visit to the surgery him and his staff were excellent and go over all details and listen to your concerns. I extremely recommended them .

If you need an oral surgeon , look no further! I've been to the dentists and oral surgeons quite a bit as my teeth are problematic. This is a best place I've been and will recommend to everyone.

A visit to Prime Oral & Facial Surgery of Cranford has renewed my faith in humanity!!! I'm not kidding, my experience today was such a pleasant one, the Doctor and all of his staff were amazing. I'm hoping I don't have to have any teeth extracted for a very long time, but such a great experience. I cannot think of a medical experience I have had in my entire life that was met with such kind and genuine people. Thank you!

I have been to a few oral surgeons due to constant TMJ clicking and pain when I ate or moved my jaw. Unfortunately I did not experience much relief until I went for a consult with Dr. Georgiev. He knew exactly the cause and thankfully did not want to immediately throw me onto an operating table. I really appreciated that and he corrected my TMJ issue without surgery! Great doctor and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend Dr. Georgiev to anyone who is experiencing any TMJ issues! 10/10 experience!

Dr. Georgiev removed all 4 of my impacted wisdom teeth. The recovery was easy, zero bruising, minimal swelling and his bedside manner was superb. I felt very confident and comfortable under his care and have had zero issues since the removal! I highly recommend him for any and all of your dental needs.

Recently had to get an emergency extraction. It was recommended that I see Dr. Georgiev. I was so happy I did. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was attentive, friendly, and ready to ease my stress. I immediately felt comfortable. My experience with the Dr. was fantastic, he was very real and detailed about what to expect, he himself called to check up on me the same day. The extractions and recovery went great. I highly recommend Dr. Georgiev.
