Dr. Dela Cruz (a.k.a. Dr. Niel) was born in the Philippines and immigrated to Reno, Nevada with his family when he was nine years old. Attending Truckee Meadows Community College, in Reno, he earned his Registered Nurse degree and practiced for seven years specializing in Telemetry. He was motivated to pursue a career in Dentistry, due to past family experience of minimal access to a dentist in the Philippines and how it affected them physically and mentally. He wants to give the best dental care he can provide to his community and keep them healthy.
Dr. Niel attended Midwestern University Dental Program in Glendale, Az. There, he gained many different skills to help his patient oral health become and stay healthy. He insist on learning about his patients and listening to their needs, concerns and wants for their oral health. His main goal for patient is to prevent future dental issues by being proactive, instead of being reactive, which can save his patient a lot of time, pain and suffering. He continues to invest in his continued education, to keep up to date on new dental technologies, best practices and be able to increase his services for his patient. He also volunteers at community health events around the valley, to provide services to patients that are in need, like AZMOMS and CADSF.
When Dr. Niel is not in the office, he enjoys spending his free time outdoors with his family and friends to stay active. He has participated in multiple half ironmans, cross fit competitions in that past and believes that being physically healthy can help him provide better care for his patients.

This place is terrible! They overcharged my daughter, for my granddaughter for braces. Then my granddaughter finally got her braces off got her retainer and was told that if she looses or damage the replacement would be free. Now they're wanting to charge her $200 to replace, going back on their word. Bad business. Plus they were doing work on her teeth and charge without her permission. Now they're not returning phone calls (Paul)after calling her asking her to call him. Bad Bad business! If I could I would give no stars!!

I love this place, staff is very kind and professional. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a local dentist in Laveen. Dawn the dental hygienist is the awesome! Always so kind and knows what she is doing.

Experience was fantastic. Josh is a very good dentist. He works super well and efficient. I had a filling done and it took no time at all. I had no pain or discomfort. I highly recommend josh to anyone who needs a dentist.

Paul was the best, office staff was great and the Doctor knew his stuff! I called same day for a wisdom tooth extraction and not only got it done same day but got my other one done a well. I've been in pain for days and took work of last minute hoping to find relief. This place was my second opinion after another place said I'd need oral surgery and tried booking me 2 weeks out! Finding a good dentist is hard, but this place really went above my expectations. Take yourself, your mom and your kids!

I would NEVER recommend this dentist office. The front office staff are rude. I went in on time for my cleaning appointment. I found that I had to update some paperwork. After filling out my paperwork. Dawn brought me back to the room for my cleaning. After going over my paperwork, she became upset, because I cannot remember all the names of my medications that I take. She said that it was legal for her to know all the names of my medications. I as a patient have been going to dentist for many years and I have never thought of bring all of my health information too them. I was trying to remember but she seems to be very agitated and upset. I told her that I could drive home and get them for her. But she just asked me in a very rude way, what are you taking. I could not remember all of them. She said she would have to talk to Paul about this. After she left the room. I felt so disrespected and belittled I got up and walked out of my appointment. As I was leaving, I asked Paul to cancel all of my appointment and my husbands too. Businesses need to understand we as customers or patients have choices. For my experience today. We will NEVER return to this dental office or will we recommend them to any other patient.

Will try to charge twice. They want to send my bill to collections even though I payed in 12/2019. I also had to get the work the did on me fixed at a different dentist. Don't waste your money and time and go somewhere else.
