Dr. Lazar have received his dental degree from University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) in year 2000 and enjoyed five years of general practice in Palmdale/California before seeking specialty training in Endodontics. He has completed his advanced post-doctoral endodontic training at University of Southern California (USC) under the guidance of world-renowned endodontist, Dr. James H. Simon. He currently maintains a clinical practice, Prime Endodontics, limited to endodontics and endodontic microsurgery which was established in 2008.
His extensive vocational experience as a practitioner has given him a broad understanding of socioeconomics of the area as well as general practitioners challenges. Clinically, he is well versed with endodontic treatment, endodontic retreatment, microsurgical endodontics, and dental traumas.
Dr. Lazar is an active member of the American Association of Endodontist and serves as adjunct faculty at USC, Ostrow School of Dentistry Grad Endodontics, participating in clinical research and training graduating endodontists.

Always a little apprehensive when going to have a root canal. My experience was better than expected the caring staff made me comfortable and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Four hours later and amazingly enough I'm in no pain thanks again to the doctor and staff for making me feel comfortable.

This was an appointment I waited for more then 5 years!!! Sounds ridiculous but true. Petrified is the only word I can think of. Dr Lazar was my dentists choice for my procedure. ALL the staff was amazing and friendly. Professional. Dr. Lazar was the Best!! How in the world did he do this with NO PAIN!!!!???? He did!! This is the only place I would ever go for a root canal. Thank You Prime Endodontics!!

I cannot say enough positive things about this Endodontist! Not only did I get a same day appt., he was also able to do my root canal the same day as well. A previous root canal was not done correctly and I hurt for 1 1/2 years. With his expertise and knowledge this time the result was markedly different. I am pain free and can eat anything I want on that side of my mouth! Highly recommend!!!

Was referred to Prime Endodontics for a root canal. I like this place the staff was very nice and I actual learn a lot about root canal they show you the process and procedure via video which was very educational. They followed all the protocol for COVID and wore masks. Best of all it didn't even hurt the Doctor was great. Thanks

Dr. Lazar and his staff are simply amazing. Everything was easy and relaxed, even the actual root canal was painless. This is my 2nd root canal, I wish Dr.Lazar would have done my first. I'm not experiencing any pain. I highly recommend Prime Endodontics to anyone nervous or scared of a root canal, you won't regret it. Thank you Dr. Lazar and your incredible staff!!!

My husband had 3 successful root canals. The service was excellent, procedure was virtually painless. Dr. Lazar was very knowledgeable & calm with a professional bedside manner. Wish he performed general dentistry procedures, but very happy to find a qualified specialist. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

I would like to thank Dr. Lazar and his wonderful staff Evelyn, Jazmin, & Erandy for their kindness and for the excellent care I received in and emergency situation on December 23, 2020. Hands down the best Endodontics EVER! The Dr. Has a very calming, gentle affect....which for me is very necessary at all times with a Dentist, since I have a long standing fear of the dentist. I have been a patient of Dr. Lazar for more than a decade. Each time I'm referred to Prime Endodontics, I know they will take excellent care of me. They truly care about my oral health. They strive to keep me infection free after each treatment. Over the past years, I have been able to see the positive progress from having my root canal treatments done by Dr. Lazar. He recently showed me the x-rays of my teeth which have required root canal treatment. I was able to see the x-rays from my initial visits, previous visits and my most current visit. While reviewing the x-rays with Dr. Lazar, I was able to see how well my oral health improved over the years. I commend Dr. Lazar, for how skilled and professional he is. He is genuinely concerned with the overall health of my teeth. He strives to gain the trust of his patients. I can honestly say I trust him and his staff. Though getting root canals are not my favorite activity, I've sadly had several, and Dr. Lazar was quick, gentle, and thorough. If you have need of a root canal, I recommend Prime Endodontics and Dr.Lazar.

I was very nervous about having a root canal because my previous experience was horrible i even had an anxiety attack afterwards, so I explained my concerns to the staff and they were so sweet and helpful reassuring me that I will have a great experience and of course I had my doubts but honestly when it was all said and done I was so pleased with my experience and so grateful that I didnt have an anxiety attack it all went soo smoothly .I definitely recommend this office for your dental needs!.
