Dr. Was so nice and the best bedside manor. She made me feel so comfortable and I was very nervous about my root canal. I would not go to anyone else if I had to do it again.

What a wonderfully caring Doctor. The entire staff reflects this doctors core values of compassion, empathy and respect. And Emil is so very knowledgeable. I had a root canal here. Unfortunately, I had an infection so I wasn't completely numb. Even though there were some jumpy moments, Dr. Was patient and helped me work through it. I'm glad I found Prime Endodontics for my root canal needs.

I absolutely loved Dr. Stoyanova & Jill. She came extremely highly recommended by my dentist when I unfortunately needed a root canal. They made it as pleasant as possible & I knew was in very good hands. Their kindness made a bad day that much better & this practice has my highest recommendation.

Dr. Stoyanova and her staff are wonderful! Came in for an examination on a specific tooth to determine the root to some pain I was having. She was very honest and informed me of her opinion on the tooth. She even noted that she "would not perform a root canal because that was not the right cure for my pain". I was nervous going to an endodontics, being many Dr.'s are not trustworthy and are so quick to perform a procedure to make money. This office really cares for the well being of their patients and what is best for you! Office is nicely decorated with music to keep your visit relaxing and pleasant. The bathrooms even had toothbrushes and rinse available which I really liked. If I ever need an opinion or a root canal will def come back to Stoyanova's office. Thank you!

I highly recommend Dr. Stoyanova. She is an extraordinary, highly skilled endodontist who takes the time to explain dental procedures. She performed a root canal and it was painless. I have a decades long fear of dentistry but Dr. Stoyanova's caring bedside manner, professionalism, and experience overcame that and made me comfortable and fully at ease. She redefines the "root canal" experience and brings a positive connotation to the treatment.

Excellent experience. I was seen for confirmation of a dental problem. Dr Stoyanova took time to explain her findings and review the various dental options. I appreciated her frankness and objectivity. Her dental assistant was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. Thank you.

This practice is full of wonderful, patient, kind, knowledgeable staff. My 9 year old daughter broke her two front teeth last night and the emergency dentist was able to composite fill the one, but the other one needed a root canal which they did not do for children at that office. Prime Endo not only got us in the same day, but they were so experienced and patient with my scared little girl and did an amazing job. Bright, clean, and easily accessible office. Highly recommend!

I was in a lot of pain and needed a root canal and called and was able to get an appointment right away. After a thorough exam they got to work and got me on my way. Office staff were very friendly and the online paperwork so easy to complete in advance so that all I needed to do was be seen by the doctor.

Root Canal Disaster stay far away! My root canal procedure was October 2020 and now I need another one on the same tooth. The Dentist was friendly however dental assistant lacked knowledge of the procedure and shouldn't work there. It took forever to numb my mouth like 2 visits and from day 2 I knew something wasn't quite right. Go somewhere else trust me!

Root Canal failed in less than a year. Office would not see me even after a negative COVID test. Had to see another dentist to have tooth extracted. Very painful.... In response to your reply... The tooth in question was not compromised, your judgment to repair tooth was.... If my tooth was in such poor condition, why did you do the root canal. The top periodontist in Philly disagreed with your comment. This is what influenced me to pay you thousands of Dollars. As far as a negative COVID test. I was forthcoming, unlike Prime, to let you know about a co worker that may have Covid & would take a test for Prime. I reported back to you a negative test... no issues. Days go by and 30 minutes before my appointment you call and tell me to bring in a copy of negative test. I did not have copy on my possession and was forced to cancel appointment.

I had my root canal here and I have pretty severe dental anxiety. Dr. Stoyanova and staff were very understanding and patient with me. Highly recommend, especially if you have any fear with dental procedures.

I had an excellent experience. The appointment was easy to schedule, the office staff was very competent and friendly, and the doctor performed the procedure quickly and efficiently. She followed up with a phone call, she was available if I needed extra attention, my procedure was virtually pain free and accomplished exactly what it was intended to do. I could not be more satisfied.
