Absolute trash, no money made they turn you away if they cannot make maximum profit.I had a cavity they did not even give antibiotics on first visit.Today I came in for the cavity fill and they wanted to CROWN ANOTHER TOOTH (more money )AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST go to Smiley dental in Fairhaven,MA

It was a terrible experience. Over a hour and forty minutes for a cleaning. Which was never completely finished. They never polished my teeth. I ended up walking out because service was so awful.

I did not have the option to not add a star, but in my 60 years of going to the dentist, this was her far the worst experience I ever had. I waited in the dental chair for over an hour. No one checked on me, no one gave me an update, no one. Finally Dr. Lee came in. He did not address me, look at me or explain what I was there. He simply looked at my x-ray, said he could not extract my cracked tooth and left the room. This place is dirty, oversized and very disorganized. I would never, ever recommend this dental practice.

All appointments ran late. They call to confirm your appointment, if you do not call them back quickly they book someone else. Example one: they called me at 10:30a.m, I called back at 5p.m and their voicemail was full could not leave message. I called back first thing in the morning and they booked someone else. Example two: They called me at 9:30a.m, I called back at 3p.m and they already had booked someone else. I was never late to an appointment or no showed in two years. Staff is somewhat nice; only reason for the two stars.

I've always been afraid of the dentist. But this place actually is the best dentist ever I've been coming here since 2017 and I've had a lot of work done so far and never any pain from needles or drilling. The staff seems very organized and professional I look forward to my next visit I'll be getting new teeth soon.Thank you Prime Dental.

Told me I needed a root canal on my tooth said ma health would cover it all.after root canal was done and cap need be put on they said it's not covered now I have hole in my tooth.thankfully Dr.dental in Plymouth is going fix there mistake because it's 110% covered they wouldn't approve root canal without approval of the cap was there exact word.called ma health also die fact they just kept making appointments and taking X-ray but never did a cleaning ect for me just wasted my time but will say Dr.Han was great too bad he left on them but with shady way they do business I can see why

Only see Dr Haan if you are going to use this dentist. The owner is the rude doctor, don't deal with him, you will leave aggravated. Also, make sure you have the entire day to be at the dentist because they overbook and cannot complete work in a timely fashion. I went in at 2:00 pm for a filling that was knocked off from the cleaning the day before. They said they were backed up and to come in at 4pm after I sat in chair for 30 mins. When I came back at 4:00 I sat for another 45 mins and had to leave because I had to work. I had to reschedule for another day. They could care less. Consider another dentist if you have the ability.

Love Dr.Han, Dr.Guerra & Dr. Lee. Very nice people, had to do a TON of work and never once made me feel any worry or concern! Very comfortable place, get me right in, have plenty of appts available unlike many other Dentist's!

Dr. Han did amazing work. Went in for a root canal and temporary crown. He restored my smile. Very professional, quick, and painless. I will be recommending this practice to others.

I hated going to the dentist, but at prime dental the staff is great, they are punctual, and professional. I have gone 4 times and feel every appointment went as easily as I could have asked.

I canr say enough good thingd about this place Dr dental gave me a really bad experience so i decided to come to PRIME an i must say it was the best decision ive made Dr han is really honest an does excellent work. He goes above an beyond for your teeth. Also the staff are super friendly an call you when theres cancellations to get you in faster I would highly recommend to anyone

I have had nothing but positive experiences at prime dental, very friendly and courteous staff, a play area for the kids to play while they wait. I also appreciate that they have understood so many times I had to reschedule my appointments.

Extremely dissatisfied. I won't put the name but the doctor came off as very cold, almost robotic... I have always had dentist anxiety but never in all my life have I been to a place where the doctor displayed such a total disregard for it. Also I was told to stop asking so many questions. The staff in general are all nice. The manager even. I am not a fan of the doctor and I really dislike that because they are all so nice and do a great job of handling stressed out or anxious people. I even heard them do an excellent job with an outright mean person. That doctor though just doesn't even seem to treat people like human beings. Maybe he was having a bad day. I don't know. Im finding somewhere else.

I could not be happier! Dr.Lee did 8 implants and didn't cost me anything. He worked with my insurance and i am happy.

The assistants who took my xrays often didn't know which teeth they were supposed to xray, the assistant who did my bleaching had never bleached before at all, and when impressions were taken, they were done multiple times by assistants who lacked confidence or knowledge about what they were doing, and were receiving no guidance from Dr. Han as he would leave them alone with me to tend to other patients This office talked me into unnecessary procedures and charged me over the industry standard... Then, when Dr. Han's work didn't meet the clinical standards or cosmetic standards, he refused to correct the mistakes he made or to help with the damage he'd caused to my natural teeth. In visiting a real dentist, he told me not only was the bite off with the new Veneers, but Dr. Han had shaved down far more of my natural teeth than necessary, giving me crowns instead of veneers. Dr. Han also didn't use porcelain as I'd paid for, but instead used a cheaper metal blend. They're terrible people and even worse doctors here. Don't allow yourself or your children be subjected to their care.
