My second time going there with my daughter on a Saturday at the Glendale office, and we went in for a routine cleaning, first my appointment was at 12:00 and was seen at 2 and the doctor we saw was so unprofessional, don't even go on Saturday and see that so call dentist that woman dentist was so unprofessional, my daughter was wet completely from just a cleaning, then she barely spoke to us she was to busy complaining about notes and her lunch time, that she wanted to make sure she was going to lunch at 3, and while she was cleaning my daughter's mouth, my daughter had to constantly adjust the suction thing and she was rushing the whole time that when she pulled out the stick with the mirror on it, spit goes everywhere, I felt so bad for my girl, that I cancelled my appointment immediately. Won't be going there with her ever.

I cannot recommend this office enough! They have taken the best care of me, friendly, non-judgmental, eased all my nervousness. After my first visit for a consult and cleaning (we mapped out a plan that works with my schedule AND budget. I have insurance and they dont cover much) - a few weeks later I woke up looking like a chipmunk, their text line is AMAZING its a real human and you can send photos etc. - THEY OPENED THE OFFICE FOR ME. like COME ON. this is the service we need everywhere in the world. Thank you JASLYN for forcing me to come in that day when I first called!

I absolutely love DR.Gharda, he is the sweetest,friendly, makes you feel very comfortable has the best hands ever. I could tell you I've never felt pain with any of the procedures. He is always cordial with his staff. The staff is welcoming and also very sweet, if you are looking for a dentist I definitely recommend this place. If you want great service. Love love love them

Sooo I'm terrified of the dentist and this is the first time I found a place where I make extra appointments just to be in their care. The staff is WONDERFUL, FUNNY, & KNOWLEDGEABLE! They answer all my questions and come through with the best solutions for me while making me laugh. You should be so lucky to get work done in a place like this.

I just randomly pick them. As my Sons primary dental do to a time sensitive matter,honestly I have no issues with the actual Dentist that attended my son,the issue came from his staff office ect!!with just getting a simple referral approval became a nightmare of incompetence and lies! something that should only take ten minutes was literally dragged for 2 days,it literally took the Surgeon office that needed the approval from Insurance to contact prime dentals staff to ask why they haven't submitted to insurance for approval,then they actually sent it 2 days ago they told me over the phone that they had sent it and lied to me saying they did,when I had already confirmed with the insurance and the surgeon office that was supposed to receive it!!! it wasn't done!i dislike liars and people misleading others when they aren't doing their job,this is what I experienced with prime dental,I automatically change them as my some primary dental clicnic and file a complaint with the insurance company,I would never recommend this place to anyone their time and staff is more important than clients

One thing I can tell you is he isn't looking for money. He cares about all his patients and making a profit is his last priority. He's honestly just trying to help and that's the best doctor you can get. My prior dentist absolutely destroyed my mouth, gave me fillings not on record, and neglected to fill multiple of my teeth, which led to the inevitable progression of my cavities. Dr.Gharda is a very compassionate person, he was adamant about saving my natural teeth and assured me not to worry. His office is smoothly ran and he does not overbook his patients, you won't be waiting for more than 10 minutes. He's also a chill guy and easy to talk to, he doesn't make me uncomfortable like my last dentist either. His staff are extremely attentive and I highly recommend this office. If you have a fear of the dentist, he'll change that for you like he did for me.

Hi this place is absolutely one of the best place starting with calling to make an appointment which the lady was really informative polite and had great customer service and When I went in person to check in it was nice and smooth The dentist was polite Thank You One Happy Patient

My initial experience with office was under an emergency situation (of course)!!! However, the staff was not only easy, understanding and showed compassion as if we were lifetime friends, the dentist was even better. Dr. Gardha was straightforward and professional. Sometimes, the best professional opinion is not what we want to hear, but what we NEED to hear. Thank you all and I will recommend Prime Dental Partners to all who need and ask me. Sincerely FD

I love love love this dentist! The staff is amazing and so friendly! The environment is modern and I recommend ANYONE to come here! I did two procedures here PAIN FREE!; YES!! Coming here shed the dred of coming to the dentist! Thank God I found this Wonderful place! You have work done fast and done right no longer will you be subjected to Dr. Frankenstein! Weeeeeeee!! I am so happy!!!!!!

The women that "owns" the office is very unprofessional and disrespectful. Had an appointment at 12 got there at 11:45 waited till 12:50 and asked if we were signed in and if everything was okay the lady told me that we are signed in and they are cleaning the room and we will be called. At 1:15 I asked again then the woman that "owns" the office got upset when I asked when will we be seen or should we reschedule because we have work at 2pm. She told me to sit and wait because everyone else is waiting, and that I don't have to make an announcement to the whole office when actually I wasn't I was just asking because we had to go to work anyway very disrespectful to people's time.

I was there today with my husband and my two daughters we waited a reasonable time and staff and Dr Gharda are great . Very comfortable environment as well as the service provides. Highly recommend

As someone who has personally been traumatized by dentist in the past I have to say from the moment I walked in the door everyone was so nice and welcoming.They genuinely cared. The ladies at the front desk made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The tech performing my X-Rays noticed my anxiety and assured me I was okay and talked me down and reassured me I was in good hands. Most dentist make you feel embarrassed or ashamed if your teeth are not perfect (in my experience) but the dentist was so nice and explained everything to me with out making me feel bad. He also gave me a cleaning that was completely painless. For the first time ever I'm actually looking forward to my next dental visit. I'm really looking forward to working my way to a healthy smile. Great experience!!!

I love this dentist office--I haven't even met half of the people I've talked to on the phone, but they are all so kind and reassuring and really go above and beyond. Had a lot of trouble getting in touch with my oral surgeon's office throughout the entire process of getting four extractions done and when I did, they always were annoyed,dismissive, and rushed me off the phone. I ended up calling Prime Dental to answer questions I had about the post-surgery and the doctor was so incredibly helpful. Definitely recommend them and looking forward to going back.

I want to say the women at the front desk Joselyn, Christy, and Terry are really nice individuals and very welcoming. Even from the phone call to set up my appointment up until the visit went very good with Dr Singh. I felt like they cared about helping me and making sure I felt comfortable here. THANK YOU =).
