One of the nicest, best dentists I have ever been to. He was quick, explained everything and had the best bedside manners. I would definitely recommend coming here if you want a dentist that is a true professional and master of his craft. 10/10

I love my dental clinic. The people treat me very well there. Especially the receptionist Elle. She is so nice and helpful. Always greats you with a smile. Such a beautiful person. She Part of the reason I keep coming back .

The worst experience . Was there june 10 and today july 22 the request for my service is still pending . They takin away to me the opportunity to acces my benefits and not only that i called the lady at the front desk to ask for this situation and she told me the request is denied . Called the insurance and i find out my request is still pending because is missing documentation. So i try let them know whats going on and the lady said go somewhere else . So first they used my benefits for the emergency and i have to pay if i go somewhere else second they lie to me and now they hang up the phone ofending me . Menwhile i have an infection that can spread because of their actions .

DO NOT GO TO THIS "DENTIST" FOR ANYTHING COMPLICATED! My molar extraction left me with a fleshy open wound which was still open for 2 weeks - no cutting or stitches, just an open wound - I WENT TO A REAL DENTIST AND PAID $900 OUT OF POCKET TO FIX THIS BOTCHED EXTRACTION. VERY ARROGANT AS WELL! The one star is for the pleasant staff.

6 months of back and forth trips because of fillings that ruined all of my upper right side teeth which led two failed root canals and an extracted tooth and after all of that I am still suffering from pain! I can't use my right side to bite on anything, still getting sensitivity when drinking cold or hot liquids! The doctor's answer was not knowing what went wrong and asking me to do more filings!!!!terrible experience and my insurance was all used up with no relief of the pain that started after they did the filings!

The staff are so professional and friendly the dentist Dr.Gharda so great with the kids very organized fast friendly excellent service my experience was very pleasant.

I've been coming to this dentist for a few years now. Just coming through doors, you automatically get a welcoming feeling. I've always hated going to the dentist but the doctors are very good at taking care of my teeth and my grandmas. Overall it's such an amazing environment.

This is a very good place. All people are very nice and really care about you. Doctors has over 20 years of experience and can handle complicated root canal as well. Strongly suggest to anyone need help! Love this place.

If you wanna wait hours past your original appointment time, this is the place for you. Even when I sat in the chair the female doctor there kept promising to come back in 10 minutes to start working on me and would disappear for half an hour to an hour at a time to go work on other patients because she was severely overbooked. I sat for hours with half my jaw numb , this is super unacceptable and unprofessional. Never coming back here again.

They fixed every single mistake my daughter's orthodontist caused. Dr. Krahn is fantastic. Very great work and atmosphere.

I made two appointments for my tooth and both canceled the appointment and they did it when I went there and I still have a toothache because of them!!!!!!!

Adminstrative staff is ridiculously unprofessional. No follow ups, they don't inform about delays( which are constant). The dental work itself is horrible, even after a redo bc the original crown feel out in less than 24 hours it never sat right. Lazy and careless, do not use Prime Dental.

Very poor communication between office and patient. Won't recoment and will never go back. Worst service, worst customer service. Have never seen or experienced something like that at a dental office.

What a shame I have been going to this dentist with my whole family and have also recommend many of my other family members and freinds to find out that unfortunately the dentist there is wonderful excellent bed side manner very good with patients however the office maneger/ staff are horrible they discuss your own personal business with other patients and have made no efforts to correct the issues.

Kristy Barrasso is so wonderful! Elle at the front desk is so genuine and friendly. Love Prime Dental Partners at Ave U they are exceptional. Will be coming back
