Dr. Castro Jr. initially developed his passion for the profession working as an orthodontic (braces) assistant where he especially enjoyed treating kids and grasping the concepts behind ideal aesthetics. After graduating from Florida International University with honors he followed in his fathers footsteps by attending the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. It was during his time at UDM that Dr. Castro Jr. grew especially passionate with oral rehabilitation and emergency treatment. He was extremely proud to join Prime Dental Group and focuses on providing all ages with gentle high-quality dentistry in a comfortable environment.
Micheal P. Hennessy, DDS, MS, is a highly skilled Periodontist with specialty training in Dental Implants, Periodontics, and Periodontal Related Surgeries. After receiving his dental education from the New York University School of Dental Medicine, he moved to Florida and continued his Periodontics training at Nova Southeastern University.
Dr. Ody Gonzalez-Fabian grew up in Miami and received a Bachelors Degree from the University of Florida in Microbiology and Chemistry before moving to Boston and attending Boston University for Dental and Orthodontic training. She moved back to Florida when her training was completed and now resides in Miami with her family.

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. Doctor Cedeno was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. She was sweet and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place and Dr. Cedeno.

Excellent service, communication, & customer services. First time patient and I truly came out happy from my appointment. The dentist was very detailed in explaining all future work needed, as well as the nurse and the pricing with what my insurance would cover and not.

I am very happy. It was my first visit. I was greeted with smiles, everyone were friendly. I felt at ease when getting my teeth checked and cleaned. I defentily would recommend anyone to come here. Eveyone was amazing.

Dr Hennessy was highly recommended, and the experience was excellent. Dr Castro was also great on my follow up visit, and Emma is the best Hygienist. The whole staff makes you feel at home. The office Manager , May Couto, makes the whole process really easy and welcoming from the first moment and throughout the whole visit, her customer service and level of care for the patient even after a procedure was definitely impressive. They gained a customer for life. Will be refering family and friends as well.

I honestly have never felt so at ease/comfortable at a dentist office prior to coming to Prime Dental @ Doral. The staff is wonderful, always greeting you with a smile. May is amazing & Dr. Castro is gentle yet thorough & takes his time explaining every treatment plan & expected outcomes.

What a great feeling it is to go to a dentist and not be ridiculed like a child about oral health. The staff at prime dental were amazing from the front desk up to the dentist. They explained everything from the procedure, payment and made sure all my questions were answered. Look forward to getting another cleaning in a few months. Highly recommend them

Finally I found a new dentist that I feel I can trust. From the warm friendly welcome, to analyzing my needs, the competency, teeth cleaning etc. its a modern place with privacy. Ema did my cleaning, excellent. All personel are friendly and feals like one team/Family.

Absolutely amazing staff. I'm new to the area and a friend recommended Dr. Castro. During my cleaning I had shared that I was interested in teeth whitening. Just had my very first professional whitening and I'm SO happy. The staff was great at explaining what to expect and make sure I was comfortable during the entire process.
