Still brilliant. The reception with the new office manager was friendly and heart warming. Very safe environment Covid wise. Both the hygienist and dentist worked as a cheerful team gave a detailed account of what's going to happen and step by step intervention during the procedure. Updated equipment. Results were amazing. New staff is also cool.

As a healthcare provider myself, I hate to leave a negative comment, given how hard the staff and the providers work for their patients. I had an appointment with Dr. Sona at 6:30 pm, but apparently they don't take new patients after 5 pm (this wasn't mentioned while scheduling or filing out the form). I received a text mentioning this the morning of appointment but not over my mentioned preferred method of communication. They weren't able to accommodate me during the same week for cleaning and I am getting married this weekend. So a disappointment experience at the very least.

My dental visit with Dr. Sona Fisenkova and her staff was amazing. She was very thorough and thoughtful with my examination and I really liked the fact that you are able to see your X-rays and color photos with detail explanation. I would 100% recommended this office with Prime Dental for your next visit.

I had the best experience with Jessie, the office manager! She went above and beyond to assist me and my daughter...even though they do not take my daughters insurance, Jessie still assisted us! Thank you!

The minute I enter the office at Prime Dental I have the interesting sensation of my body saying , " Ahhhhhhhh". I feel as though I am walking into a Spa it is so serene there. It is wonderful for someone like me who has no problems getting dentistry done but if I did, this would be the place I would want to come. The ambience of the entire office is set to relax you from the color of the paint on the walls, the Artwork, the open spaces between all tools of the trade, the music and more. Everything is geared toward making your trip as relaxing an experience as possible. The Expert Efficiency and skill exhibited by the entire staff is beyond helpful . Dr. Sona explains things clearly and she truly cares about you. She not only explains what is happening but answers each question thoroughly before you even ask it. It's just a top shelf experience and I HIGHLY recommend it.

They are all so friendly and patient. I had to have 6 teeth pulled at once and they went above and beyond to make me the most comfortable. I highly recommend this dentist.

Dr. Sona and all her staff are blessings! She is so friendly, intelligent, thorough and genuinely cares about the needs of her patients. I absolutely recommend choosing Dr. Sona as your new dentist!

Took my four yr old daughter to Dr Sona and she was amazing with her. She was patient and caring. My daughter sat through the whole hour and half as Dr Sona did all the work making her feel very comfortable. She can't wait for her next appointment.

Wow!!! I went to Dr. Sona because I knew I should be seeing a dentist on a regular basis. She has the kindest smile and made me feel comfortable in her chair. Her office staff is friendly and works seamlessly with Dr. Sona to provide a relaxed and professional environment. I'm glad I found her.
