Along the way, Jessica realized that her true passion was to help others and make a difference in their lives. And the further she explored that passion, the happier she felt. She discovered that passion while in dental school where she would put together missions intended to provide care to the underserved communities surrounding the city of Lima, PERU.
After receiving a dental degree in 1999 from the Universidad San Martin de Porres, Jessica decided to return to the states (where she had the fortune of growing up and attending elementary and middle school) and follow the steps needed to become a licensed dentist in this country. It was an amazing journey that continued to shape her into the professional woman she is today. Jessica was fortunate enough to be accepted into the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry and graduated with honors (Tau Kappa Omega) in the year 2006. Upon graduating, she became a member of several organized dentistry institutions (like the ADA, FDA, Hispanic Dental Association) as well as dental study clubs. This allowed her to expand her knowledge through the years by attending countless continuing dental education symposiums and meetings.
Having over 15 years of clinical experience, Jessica decided to open the doors to PRIME DENTAL because she wanted to make a difference in the dental industry. Her goal and motivation continues to be welcoming every patient who walks through her office doors and making them feel like they matter and that she truly cares about improving their overall health by starting with their dental care. And she will provide the highest possible quality of care by offering the latest technology and advances in general, implant and cosmetic dentistry. And because she is a firm believer in that everyone deserves that same quality of care, Jessica is committed to and invested in the community by being part of health care initiatives that provide care to the underserved, especially our veterans.

Fedor Palacios is the President & Co-Founder at Prime Dental, with responsibility for marketing programs, brand management, office/vendor management, corporate partnerships, and operations. He is an expert in developing & implementing strategies, branding, advertising, & corporate communication. Born in Peru, raised in Peru and Chile, an alumni of Universidad Del Desarrollo in Chile where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Economics, and also alumni of Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California, where he earned his MBA degree.
Fedor has 2 decades of marketing experience working for international corporations in different executive marketing positions and serving different industries such as Chicago based manufacturer Aluminum Coil Anodizing, Boca Raton based security systems ADT, European born manufacturer Gamo Outdoor USA managing all the marketing efforts for the USA and Canada, and Delray Beach manufacturer Century Arms where he served as the Marketing Director.
It was at that time that Dr. Jessica Rivas-Plata (Fedors wife) decided to open Prime Dental, this instantly inspired Fedor and jumped in to support and join all the efforts to make his wifes dream a reality. Fedors greatest strengths are his creativity, drive and leadership. As a Marketing strategist and communicator, he is known for his upbeat personality and ability to authentically connect with his audience.
Throughout his career, Fedor always has worked with the Hispanic population in mind, thinking about better ways to serve effectively missed groups by traditional marketing. Something that he will definitely apply in Prime Dental. With well-rounded professional experience in consumer products, services and solutions, Fedor is an imaginative and inspiring leader who translates his bold and creative marketing vision with his hands-on management style.
Playing a versatile leadership role in Prime Dental, he is also confident of successfully interacting with various clients, assessing their requirements in a welcoming environment where he will apply everything he knows to make clients feel at-home even before they arrive at Prime Dental, making their dental experience as great as possible.
Currently, Fedor also serves as CEO and Co-Founder of DentalHook, the first truly Premiere Marketing Agency for Dental Practices and he is also a member of the American Marketing Association (A.M.A.), and the National Society of Hispanic MBAs (N.S.H.MBA).

"A good impression can work wonders" - J K Rowling. Visited dr. Rivas-Plata office for the firat time today. The reception area is very welcoming. Her staff friendly and efficient. After the necessary x-rays, I met Dr. Rivas-Plata. She is awesome, knowledgeable, no nonsense, funny dentist. I felt very much at ease with her. Dr. Rivas-Plata took the time to listen, explained what needs to be worked on and we discussed the different options. I also had a cleaning with her hygienist Ana. Best cleaning ever. If you are looking for a dentist in the Pembroke area, I highly recommend you pay her a visit.

If you want to feel at ease and have dental work without pain, this is dentist to come to. The office staff is welcoming and friendly and the doctor is phenomenal!! My husband had fear of the dentist until we started coming here. I highly recommend Prime Dental!!

I discovered Prime dental just this May and I have been going to their office every 2 wks if not every week. The ambiance, office staff & Dr. Rivas-Plata are all professional & nice. They have referred me to the best endodontics & oral surgeons. They take good care of me & my husband during and after dental visits. I have never been comfortable going to dental appointments until I met Dr. Rivas-Plata. So kudos to all the team & we'll be seeing each other soon!

The staff was amazing from the front to the back end with the dentist. They did a thorough job on my X-ray and then the dentist came in and explained and educated me on the plan of treatment, with different options. At the end she asked if I had any questions. I haven't been to a dentist in sometime, that actually took the time with me without rushing. There was no drama amongst the staff, they all knew their jobs and did it well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that I know. My husband, who doesn't really care for Dentist, came here and enjoyed his visit. Now he will be coming to this location to get the rest of his care done. If there were more than five stars, I will definitely give it 10.

I had some dental work done by another doctor that did not do a good job and I came to Prime Dental looking for help. I was nervous and weary of letting someone work on my teeth and possibly having the same experience as before. Dr. Rivas was a breath of fresh air. She is knowledgeable and put my worries to ease. The knowledge that she has showed in her work. Fillings that I had done, literally days prior by another Dentist, were falling out my mouth causing pain I had never experienced before. Dr. Rivas fixed everything and I am so thankful. Thank you Dr. Rivas.

I'm still mind-blown by the level of care and treatment the Doctor and Staff provided me today. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the front desk whom was very friendly and knowledgeable. The 5 minute wait to go in for my visit allowed me to realize how neat and clean the waiting room is, as if you're not visiting a doctors office. Very nice! I have to say I have never received the level of service from any other provider like the kind that was given to me today. The doctor took her time to get to know me and explain all my dental needs. Not to mention, the hygienist did a phenomenal job and did not cut corners. From now on this will be my dentist and will be recommending it to whoever needs a honest, reliable, and dentist who is very passionate about their work... thank you Dr. For making my day.

First time at this dentist, wonderful helpful cheery staff. Very informative and caring. I had a lovely blanket to cover my legs and given a remote to view a personal tv while I waited and during being cared for. Will be returning in 6 months for my Next check up. Great work team and thank you
