DO NOT go to this dentist. I've never had this many dental problems since I been going here. I got 4 fillings ( I was only suppose to get 2) I don't even think I needed them I just think they want the money. Now I can barely chew on my left side and two of my teeth feel like sand paper(Sloppy job). All my teeth were fine prior to my visit. No Pain or sensitivity.

It took 3 visits and there's still pain 1 year later. My son's two fillings didn't seal properly now may need root canals. My partner same in two fillings. How does this place exist? Avoid. AVOID! Zero stars

This place is horrible. Worst dental experience ever. Run. Go to your nearest dental clinic but not this place. I don't even think they cleaned my teeth correctly. Loud music was blasting. Unprofessional. Seems that this office hires any Denist and staff that can't find work anywhere else. Please do not go here.

Worst dentist ever!!!! Avoid going here at all costs!!! I have an abscessed tooth after a filling and an extraction. Please keep in mind, the tooth that has an abscess was perfectly before I came there. Hours after the procedure I was in excruciating pain... I called the next day and they couldn't assist me. Now I have I have get a root canal all because they didn't prescribe antibiotics after the procedure. Stay very far away from Dr. Jeffrey Berger!!! I have dental problems because of him. This office should be shut down. Do yourself a BIG FAVOR and go better rated dental clinics. You won't regret it.

m giving this facility a 4* rating because the dentist and staff were excellent. I had 3 teeth removed with minimal pain. I became somewhat high from the local anesthetic used to numb me before the extractions. I told the dentist & tech and asked them should I feel "high". No was the response and the doctor called for smelling salts while she & the tech placed cold water compresses about my head , face, & neck. Both became alarmed upon finding no smelling salts were on the premises. Though feeling faint, I could tell the compresses were helping to stabilize me. The dentist though reluctant to continue the procedure, at my insistence, completed the extractions and a tech the fillings. Overall, I will return for further treatment for dentures or implants. I would like to be assured smelling salts will be available should I or anyone else need it.

Horrible 1st time experience I walked in * it was four black men and myself mind you I'm pretty and white women get very uncomfortable around me the ugly receptionist watched me in that office for 20 minutes and said nothing nor did the alien offer me the first time patience form so I left damn if I let hateful jealous cracker alien in my mouth good luck I would NEVER GO BACK

This office is perfect. I brung my 3 year old son for his appointment and I had an appointment as well. During my appointment the medical assistant Kept my son entertained and even ran after him when he ran out the room playing. Best visit ever. Sometimes being a mom of a 1 year old and a 3 year old can be a bit challenging sometimes. All the help is very much appreciated even when I just have one.

Great and thank u...sometimes we dont see eye 2 eye however as point was made and things corrected thats what counts. ....ur staff is very thoughtful an i appreciate a buisness that is mature in efforts towards their customer.

The facility was clean and staff were nice. The wait wasn't long at all. The dental assistant helped ease my anxiety by joking around and talking to me as if we known each other for some time. There was music playing in the background which was a good distraction for me. I am normally fearful of visiting the dentist but after this visit I will definitely return for any future care! UPDATE: After having a good first experience at this location, my second visit was anything but! It seemed like the staff were unorganized. I came to get fillings and after I was numb I sat in the chair for what felt to be a long time. The dental assistant who was assisting the dentist was in and out of the room. When he came in to start my work, he smelled like cigarettes and I'm not even sure if he washed his hands, since I could smell it through the gloves. He was very rough with my mouth. When the dentist came to check up on the work that was done, I told her the man was rough with my mouth. She told me she didn't see anything where I was pointing, so she gave me a mirror. My lip was clearly red with skin peeling. I asked for Vaseline but she said they don't have any in their office. It's been a week since my appointment and my mouth is in so much pain. It's sensitive to hot and cold and I get sharp pains where my dental work was done. I was hoping to have a good experience since it's in my neighborhood and I wanted my dentist close to home, but I doubt I'll come back or refer them to anybody else.

Excellent experience. I am scared when I have to go to the dentist. They made me feel comfortable. Laughing, joking put me at ease. Pain free experience. The dentist was patient and reassured me everything would be fine. I ho back in two weeks can't wait to go back and that has never been my outlook on a return visit to the dentist

I came in because I thought I had a filling fall out but it was a hole in my tooth that apparently a dentist saw some decay before, 2 months prior, and put a "watch " on it but never expressed that to me. I don't recall being told that or even given advice on how to prevent the hole in my tooth. When I asked the receptionist that, she told me that he was a temp doctor that day, still no excuse why it was never relayed to me. The same visit I was also charged much more on the recent visit because the last time I was there, it was apparently a new front desk clerk at the front desk who under charged me and I had to pay more the second time, which isn't my fault. I feel like the front desk person gave me more advice on my tooth than the actual dentist on what to not do with my tooth after I received a temp filling. I honestly don't want to come back.

I called to make an emergency appt and they offered me one for within 2 hours. They are taking COVID precautions seriously. Dr Nash and staff were Great. He is one of the most personable dentist I have every seen. The staff as a whole were Awesome. I had a complicated issue and Dr Nash and staff were able to diagnose and remedy my condition that day. Outstanding!!!!!!! I highly recommend them for your Dental provider.

Wonderful establishment! I was able to be seen right away. The staff were very professional and pleasant. My dentist Dr. Broner was very polite and did his job well. Erica was very polite and personable as well. They even gave me a courtesy call later in the day to see how I was making out after I had my tooth extracted. I felt really bad fir missing the call, so I hope my review makes up for that kind gesture. I will definitely be recommending this dentist office to all of my family and friends!
