We were one of the first community health centers to have an electronic health records system (EHR) that helped to keep our patients medical records safe and secure, but also protect the environment using less paper.

PrimaryPlus offices offer a comprehensive list of services including family health, womens health, dental, pharmacy, x-ray/ultrasound, minor emergency care, wellness/occupational medicine, counseling and more.

PrimaryPlus is proud to be working towards becoming an accredited Patient Centered Medical Home for all of its locations. A Medical Home is where a team of healthcare professionals work together to provide a new expanded type of care to patients. Being part of a medical home feels like having an old -fashioned family doctor experience, but with a team of medical professionals using advanced knowledge and modern technology to provide the best possible care for you. The care in a medical home has a very personal approach.

We are excited to offer our trademarked WeCare program at most PrimaryPlus facilities utilizing a team of Medical Providers, Case Managers, Certified Diabetes Educators, Pharmacists, Dietitians and more to give a TEAM approach to chronic disease management.

This place is a joke, I wouldn't ever recommend anyone go here. They can't even pull a tooth, they're not there to help any one. Their main objective is to charge your insurance for simple things and not do anything that helps. They must not have any good workers or dentist there. You have to be on a waiting list for almost 6 months, that's even if they can pull a tooth. What kind of dentist can not pull a tooth? The answer is, the ones working here. I don't think any of them took the oath to help people, they will let people stay in pain. They just want to keep changing your insurance for nothing. All this is true I've tried this office personally, they're terrible.

It was going well until the end. She implied that I wasn't going to follow up and make an appt for my kiddo by telling me if I didn't "They"(child service) could charge me with neglect bc Elza has the 1st signs of cavities

Awesome they got me in on an emergency appointment the same day. Got my tooth check out, X-rays and all put me on a round of antibiotics and brought me back the next week to have the tooth removed. Great extraction no pain and was quick! Healing process was good no problems. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone

I was with another dentist for years and never received dental care as good as this! They happily fixed some issues I had with my teeth, highly recommended! Super friendly staff as well!
