Had to take my 6 year old for her school required dental screening. The staff made her excited to be there and explained everything they were going to do before doing it. Highly recommend them.

So I had a back wisdom tooth that hurt so bad I couldn't go to work for 2 days and then I looked online and found primary health care called them and set up a appointment and when down there they took the xray but they couldnt get the tooth out come to find out I had a top wisdom tooth that needed to come out also the swelling was so bad Dr. Spilki couldn't do nothing and she gave me antibiotics for a week then I when back today and they got it out so easy and so professional I recommend them to anyone that needs a tooth extracted thank you Piece & Dr spilki you guys ROCK

I broke a tooth on Mentos a while back (yep, the candy). It was cracked right in two. Instead of pulling the tooth, they work diligently to save at least half of it. I'm very grateful for this. Yes, they have to fill it again every year, and probably get more money from insurance to do it, but I look at it like a win-win. Most of them there are very friendly, even the doctors. There is at least one bad apple which I suspect is who the ppl that gave the bad reviews ended up with. I've been going there for about 6 years now and have only had one bad experience. Having said all that, I'm giving away a star because of the wait times. Take your Sudoku book because you'll probably be there awhile. I try to look at it this way: they take longer because they care enough to give good service. I expect nothing less when I'm in that chair.

The staff at the Marshalltown, Iowa Primary Health Care Dental Clinic have been beyond awesome. I have dealt with numerous people. To name a few: Dr. Ancell, Ariana, Jose, Lis, Maira, Tiffany, Vicki, & Yuri have all been excellent to work with. (If I left anyone out, I apologize.) Each has been so friendly, helpful, concerned, knowledgeable, gentle, understanding, excellent to have on the staff. They all deserve a pat on the back, a thumbs up, a hug, a 5 star rating, smiley faces, a heartfelt thank you, and a raise. All have made my dental appointments much more pleasant. Thank you to all of you at the Marshalltown Primary Health Care Dental Clinic.

Staff was friendly and helpful on telephone and super when I got to the clinic - My longtime fear with dental procedures dissappeared with the wonderful reception, initial exam, x-ray and scans. Dr. Kong and Marci were so gentle and nice. I especially like Dr. Kong not beating around the bush and helping me get set up with University of Iowa Oral Surgeons at the dental college. This is a great facility and I'm happy we have it in our city.

Dr. May is amazing. I just had the absolute least painful dental procedure (tooth extraction) I've ever had, even with complications. The staff is always friendly and caring.

I understand some need translators,but when 3 employees are behind registration and go from english to spanish only,its rude and uncalled for,and the time spent waiting is ridiculous

It was very clean and inviting. The nurse was amazing and very kind. The doctor that saw me was very rude. He was not kind and didn't seem to care. He said I would need teeth pulled and said I would need a deep cleaning. When I went to a different dentist they were able to save my teeth with just fillings and do a regular cleaning. I will not be back.

We took our 5-year-old to have two teeth taken out. Dr.B was absolutely amazing. He only shed a few tears. So kind and very gentle. Hands down a very good experience for our son. Dr. Continued to praise him. Staff alongside great!!
