For more than 10 years, Dr. Shikhanovich has been providing the highest quality of adult and pediatric dental care with the emphasis on offering comprehensive dental treatment plans. Her patients have always appreciated Dr. Allas expertise, her attention to detail and, most of all, her gentle approach.

Dr. Allas educational journey began in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, where, in 1996, she completed her studies and graduated with a Physician Assistant diploma. After immigrating to the United States, Dr. Alla received her undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Massachusetts. She continued her studies at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, where, along with her DMD degree, she received extensive training in implant placement and restorations, cosmetic dentistry, and oral surgery. During her last year of dental school, Dr. Alla was a recipient of a prestigious award from the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Dr. Alla is certified in Invisalign Teeth Alignment Technology applications. She is also licensed to administer various procedures designed to treat such conditions as acne scars, facial volume loss, skin elasticity, fine wrinkles and lines. Such procedures include: Euro PDO and PLLA Threads and Microneedling (with stem cell serum), Botulinum Injections (Botox), and Dermal Fillers. Dr. Alla maintains active involvement in both local and national dental organizations, including the American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Association, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Alla is fluent in Russian, which is often appreciated by her multi-lingual patients. When she is not practicing dentistry, Dr. Alla enjoys spending time with her family, as well as skiing, hiking and biking. She is also an avid theater fan.

Dr. Kerri Bourgeois, or Dr. B/Dr. Kerri, as she is affectionately called, is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine where she was awarded the prestigious Pierre Fauchard Award for outstanding academic achievement, the Dr. Morris Bradin Award for original research in Periodontology, and the Department of Endodontics Award for outstanding performance in Endodontics. She completed her General Practice Residency at Harvard Medical/Dental School affiliates: Brigham and Women's Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, and Brookside Community Health Center. Dr. B. has also published several articles from her research at the Harvard School of Public Health and Brigham and Women's Hospital.

She is certified as aTechnologistinHematology(H)ASCP through theAmerican Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP),an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Massachusetts Dental Society (MDS), an associate member of the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE), and was an active member of the Young Dentists Advisory Committee for Eastern Dentists Insurance Company (EDIC) for seven years. Dr. B is certified to administerBotox and Dermal Fillers in addition to Smooth and Lifting Solid Filler PDO Threads through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE) for use in thepatient's comprehensive esthetic dental treatment plan, and for the treatment of Migraines/Headaches, Bruxism/grinding, myofascial pain, acne scars, facial volume loss, skin laxity and fine lines and wrinkles. She is also passionate about providing high quality esthetic, general, and cosmetic dentistry for both adults and children.

Dr. Bourgeois volunteered for TeamSmile at the Yankee Dental Congress and provided free dental care for underserved children in the Boston area. She also had fun putting smiles on children's faces (and her own) by volunteering for the Mass. Dental Society's Mobile Access Van (MAC Van), which provided services free of charge to multicultural children, teens and senior citizens who would not otherwise have access to dental care. While attending Penn Dental, she also provided care on the Penn Dental Smiles Van for local young students in Philadelphia.

In her free time Dr. B. enjoys photography, drawing, painting, walking, hiking, climbing mountains, healthy cooking/baking, making gourmet chocolates, creating organic/chemical-free skin and body-care products, designing jewelry and spending time with friends.
