Who can say I'm happy going to the dentist? I can ! From cavity to crack to crown even a mouth guard... any problems Prima finds the solution from the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist to billing and everybody else. I am taking care of and in a professional and gentle way. Thanks for keeping me smiling.

Prima Dental tries their best to skirt around your insurance and charge you out of pocket. Truly I have no idea how they got so talented at it. I switched to them after several years at another dentist without once being personally charged and in the year or so I've been here they've tried to charge me at every visit. X-Rays, fillings, cleaning, you name it, they'll find a way to charge you for it. The last straw was them scheduling a filling appointment a month and a half out then canceling a couple days before because the doctor went on vacation. I'm not really sure why they couldn't schedule their vacation with as much prior notice as I had to schedule my appointment, but alas. I guess the appointment was just a gentle suggestion to Prima. A month later they tell me at 6:30pm the day before the appointment that my insurance won't cover the filling because the tooth needed a different care less than two years prior. They tried to charge me upwards of $300 for a crucial service that I needed. Now I'm looking to find a new dentist to fill this cavity that I've had for nearly 3 months thanks to Prima. Never coming back.

This is the best dentist I have ever been to!!! I have been to around 6 dentists so far and Prima Dental is the best! I started going to Prima dental around 2 years ago and the moment I met Dr. Ho and the staff I knew I will be coming here from now on. You are kindly welcomed by Jorge, Sam, and other sweet ladies in the front desk. They are very fast to verify insurance and they truly care for your overall health. I have had fillings, a crown, cleaning and braces here; all treatments were pain free and I am very satisfied! I just finished FAST BRACES and it only took me around a year! Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. They listen to your requests and even though it is a very busy office, I have never had to wait in the lobby for more than 2 min. Thanks so much to Dr. Ho and your amazing team for giving me a new smile I love!!!

I have been seeing Dr Ho since he took over the practice I live in Tracy but travel to him because he is the best He has the nicest staff working for him It's like a big happy family. He has all the newest technology for a painless experience I recently had Invisalign So happy with my teeth Go to him if you need a dentist Takes all kinds of insurance (Sam)

Finding a dentist who can balance keeping my teeth healthy but not prescribe over the top charges can be daunting. Well, that is exactly what I got with Prima Dental. Went there on the recommendation of a friend who has been going there for more than a decade and the experience didn't disappoint! Everyone was so courteous and the appointment started on time. Dr. Nguyen patiently explained everything and informed me what treatment could wait and what was needed right away. The cleaning was very efficient and I was done within the hour. I highly recommend them if you are anywhere in the area.
